16/04/2026: Rachida was very kind and professional. She took my allergies into account. Sullyman (sorry for the nickname) was very friendly and professional. Arthur was also a very nice young man. Nathanael was very motivated, always smiling, and clearly loves his job. In short, I highly recommend it, and congratulations to the hotel restaurant team who, in my opinion, do a great job.

16/04/2026: A superb lunch with excellent dishes. I was in the mood for offal, so I opted for the sweetbreads with asparagus marmalade and preserved lemon broth as a starter. Delicious and intensely flavorful without overpowering the delicate sweetbreads. The main course was veal liver with very fine mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed, while the apple and Calvados soufflé was a true delight for the senses. So simple, so good, and so difficult to achieve at home. The restaurant was packed that day (for once, and all the better for the owners), so some waits were a little longer. A restaurant that incorporates the essential elements of fine dining (tablecloths, presentation plates, decor, and the use of high-quality ingredients in the kitchen) at a reasonable price (€50 for the lunch menu), with a focus on quality service. A great business restaurant option with a balanced atmosphere to discuss the codicils of the contract without the pressure of a stuffy environment.

14/03/2026: A chef who takes great care of his customers, an attentive team, and dishes that are both innovative and delicious. Truly homemade cuisine and one of the best spots in La Défense.

17/04/2026: The pain au chocolat and croissant were inedible. I bought four pastries, none of them were edible. I went back to the bakery, and the woman told me, "Oh, I'm sorry, they're from this morning." Stop taking your customers for fools! Your pastries are from yesterday! She's completely incompetent; she didn't even offer to replace them. A total lack of professionalism.

02/04/2026: Found this amazing charming little crepie. We had a crepe with ham Swiss cheese mushrooms and cream. The children had chocolate pancakes which again were delicious. Would highly recommend. Worth the trip as very traditional. Lots of locals eating there which is always a good sign. The waitress, Linda spoke good English and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

19/03/2026: Good atmosphere, lively, nice waiter, poor quality food, main took 50 min to arrive (2 steaks and fish burger) the fish burger was unproportionate amount of cream, the steaks were too thin (though cooked medium rare as asked) shared mix platter had very basic cheese and ham, wine was good.

05/04/2026: I went to Niagara restaurant yesterday for my sister Asma Agnaou's birthday. It was fantastic! The food was incredibly good and plentiful, with several appetizers and main courses. My whole family found something they liked—it was all delicious and flavorful. Thank you to the chef, the waitstaff, and the owner for making my sister's 50th birthday an unforgettable experience.
