05/10/2026: I've known this crêperie for years, and I recently went back for my mother's and my birthday. It had been a long time since I'd been there, and it's still just as good. The quality of the ingredients is always excellent, and above all, the cleanliness is always impeccable, which is very important. The people are wonderful; go without hesitation, you honestly won't be disappointed.

29/06/2026: There is nothing 5 star about this hotel. Room quakity is bad. AC is not working properly. Breakfast quality is bad. General service (room service and reception is very bad). I have paid for breakfast for all my stay on day 1. Yet wvery morning I have to wait at the restaurant for them to confirm its included (sometimes they get told its not included and so I have to go explain again). Its really awful. I dont know how they got 5 stars.

20/09/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years, and my espresso machine broke down. So I went to the store to exchange it, as indicated on the website (https://www.nespresso.com/fr/fr/service-assistance-machine#block1). But apparently, my machine is too old, and they refused to exchange it, even though it's stated on their website. This is false advertising. I'm going to stop buying my coffee at Nespresso; I'm very disappointed with this experience.

15/09/2026: The welcome, the selection, the friendliness... I had a very good dinner. My butcher's cut was an excellent sirloin steak, accompanied by a perfectly executed chimichurri sauce. My glass of wine was exactly what I wanted: a well-made Chablis. I highly recommend it, and sincerely.

18/08/2026: A deplorable experience: avoid for your business lunches As a regular customer in the La Défense district, I was invited with a colleague to this establishment for a business lunch. While kitchen or dining room issues can happen, the customer service at Le Mond demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. Arriving at 12:30 pm, our order (two tartares and a sea bream) was taken promptly. At 1:30 pm, still nothing. When I politely inquired about the situation at the bar, I was met with complete indifference, without the slightest empathy or real answer. What followed was a series of shortcomings: Unacceptable delays: At 1:40 pm (1 hour and 10 minutes after our arrival), the manager abruptly informed us that the sea bream was unavailable, without the slightest apology. Disjointed service: Our two tartares finally arrived, while our colleague had to wait for their replacement dish, which was served hastily without a word. Sloppy service to the very end: At 2:10 pm, the waiter came to clear the table, claiming he had "forgotten the order slip." Instead of doing his usual job (i.e., presenting the dessert or coffee menu), he simply announced that he was offering coffee to expedite the end of the service, skipping any step of taking the next order. A hastily offered coffee doesn't make up for a ruined business lunch and such a lack of consideration. Working in La Défense implies time constraints and a minimum of respect for customers. This system urgently needs to be reviewed; setting a good example always comes from management, whom I do not commend for their lack of courage and consideration for their clientele.

08/09/2026: I went there to try the new protein juice, and it was delicious. The servers were very friendly and helpful. Don't rely on dubious reviews like Mr. Harrow's and try it for yourself! :) Can't wait to go back soon.

25/08/2026: The welcome from the new manager of this restaurant was particularly poor, especially for someone supposedly in charge of the customer experience. At 8:15 a.m., I went to pick up my complimentary drink from the loyalty program. I was asked for the size: I replied "L," as usual for my chai. The response: "Impossible, I'm adamant, M maximum." I pointed out that I'm a regular customer and have always ordered my chai in an L. She persisted, then asked her colleague who confirmed that they do indeed serve L. So I remarked, somewhat humorously, that I was relieved to see that at least someone was aware of the establishment's practices. This was followed by a roll of the eyes and: "From now on, since I'm here, it'll be M." The L was finally granted to me, almost as a favor. Let's be clear: I don't care about the size M or L. The problem is the attitude, and why even offer it if I don't ultimately have a choice? I'm a regular customer at Cojean and I'm used to a completely different level of service. A smile, a little consideration, and a touch of professionalism at 8:15 am isn't unreasonable. As for internal practices, please agree amongst yourselves before imposing them on customers. I don't have to put up with your annoyance. In short: the problem wasn't the size of the winery. It was primarily the lack of professionalism.

30/09/2026: One Friday evening, at 7 pm. Sitting on the terrace, we waited for someone to take our order. Servers kept coming and going, saw us but then left. After we gestured, we were finally given the menu. That same server didn't come back to take our order. I called over a waitress to tell her that no one was paying attention to our table. She seemed annoyed by my comment... After 20 minutes, we were finally able to order... Appalling service. I won't be going back.

28/08/2026: Bahn mi was very good: the baguette was delicious, the lemongrass chicken was excellent, and the ingredients were fresh. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming!
