We will come back as soon as we are in the area for sure, even if we are not from the region it is so rare to find a restaurant that combines all these qualities!

21/02/2024: The restaurant lives up to its name, a real favorite!!! Exquisite cuisine with real know-how. The service from reception to the bill is impeccable with true customer satisfaction. The waiter will advise you very well.
Not to mention the original and much appreciated decor with its cellar and its windows.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/04/2024: I had the side of beef as a main course, for 29 euros.
I asked for it rare, it arrived overcooked, they kindly made it again except that this time, it came back blue, for the accompaniment I got one of the frozen fries, I was expecting that that I was offered pepper sauce or others, but I was instead given ketchup and mayonnaise.
Conclusion: for a plate at 29 euros, we can't say anything other than the quality-price ratio is mediocre.
21/03/2024: Excellent meal with siblings before going to the SPA 🥰! The staff is smiling, very helpful and the service is top notch! Very good food and value for money, I have to say something!

01/04/2024: Very good bread in the Laissac halls, especially the Grabelloise baguette which was awarded a gold medal in the Hérault gourmand competition. Beautiful pastries and varied snacks. Alright !

06/03/2024: Having reserved a table for 7 people on the tapas side the day before, we only found ourselves with a small barrel and 2 high chairs….
We asked for more space to be able to order food and drinks, the waiter informed us that this was not possible because all the tables were reserved.
When it was time to serve us, the waiter immediately understood that there would not be enough room on the barrel to be able to put everything there. So we end up with 2 barrels. At the end, tapas boards, the waiter takes us back a barrel. As the evening progresses we continue to consume, and the same waiter tells us that if we do not take a bottle, we must vacate the table. However, we have already consumed food and drink, and continue to consume. Especially since the waiter did not do his job properly, because we had to collect our drinks ourselves from the bar.
Very disappointed with the welcome and the organization…
Used to going out on Lattes in this kind of concept, I don't recommend this one.
01/03/2024: Very DISHONEST we reserve a table for nine we arrive on time the table is without any chairs we ask for chairs we are told coldly that that is how it is. We are told that we are in front of the DJ and that we must take two bottles of alcohol at a minimum (at 140€ each) even though we wanted to take two bottles of white wine. We didn't ask for anything to be in front of the DJ so we asked to be moved and we were given a MINI table for 4 still WITHOUT CHAIRS. Very unpleasant reception, I VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AGAINST YOU. All this under the pretext that it is Saturday evening and that it is Friday and that none of his information was given to us over the phone. 0/10
