19/05/2026: Great spot for drinks: it's become our weekly go-to bar. Thanks to Quentin for the excellent service!
However, we were extremely disappointed with the restaurant: they forgot our reservation from the day before… the restaurant was full, so we had to find somewhere else to eat, and without any apology…
17/05/2026: We spent two evenings at their place, and both were a delight.
The portions were generous and of high quality, all for a very reasonable price.

02/07/2026: Passing through Marseillan, I stopped at the tavern located at the port. I had a wonderful time. I ordered a very high-quality piece of beef accompanied by perfectly cooked potatoes and grilled vegetables, which were excellent, along with a very good rosé wine and a vanilla and strawberry ice cream sundae for dessert. The service was truly top-notch from the entire tavern team. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
I highly recommend it.
26/05/2026: During our visit to Marseillan, we stopped at La Taverne du Port and we don't regret it at all 😋
We had a starter where the duck breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful, followed by a perfectly cooked skate wing with a very soothing sauce.
The chef came to us to offer advice, and the waitress was very attentive.
This establishment is more than adequate. Thank you, and good value for money.

16/07/2026: First time eating there and we weren't disappointed. Friendly staff. We had the chicken and fries: the chicken was perfect, and the fries were cooked just right. We recommend it.

16/07/2026: The chicken was actually delicious, but the customer service was absolutely outrageous!
Yesterday, I bought a meal deal for about four people (a whole chicken with a portion of fries). Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't fresh at all – it tasted old and almost expired. Out of fear of food poisoning or diarrhea, we only ate about a quarter of it.
The next day, I went back to the store with the remaining three-quarters of the chicken to politely and quietly complain to the cashier. But instead of a friendly solution, they made a huge fuss. First, they said it was "normal" and they wouldn't replace anything. After a lot of back and forth, they finally gave me a new chicken – but they flatly refused to give me the fries again.
Since the meal deal wasn't complete for us without the fries, and it only cost the store a few cents, I insisted on getting them as compensation for the trouble and the ruined dinner. Even worse: In the end, I was rudely told to just leave.
I'm truly appalled by this behavior. Normally, it should be in the seller's interest to resolve a complaint properly—especially when it involves such small amounts that cost the store almost nothing.
I've actually been a customer here quite often, and the chicken was always good and fresh. But this lack of cooperation and the extremely rude service are absolutely unacceptable by today's standards. It's a real shame, but I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.

21/09/2024: Une soirée gâchée . Sans être difficile la nourriture dans l'assiette était à peine mangeable , le service tellement nul que ça en devenait rigolo et ne parlons pas de l' état de saleté des sanitaires et de la cuisine visible depuis une porte ouverte.
Une honte pour la profession et pour mon pays.

07/09/2024: Déjeuner entre famille, menus avec du choix,plat du jour copieux,service rapide, efficace, ambiance agréable. Comme nous sommes gourmands, ils nous ont rajouté de la chantilly dans nos desserts sans nous comptez un supplément, le geste nous a fait très plaisir,
Ce restaurant est sur de nous revoir.
26/08/2024: A fuire ,pas bon et c'est une usine ! L'apéro en même temps que le plat! Dès que vous rentrez il limite déjà repartir mais il prennent votre carré bleu ... VRAIMENT LE PIRE DE MARSEILLAN !

Ended up ordering 4 pizzas that came out in dribs and drabs so didn't all eat together. 1 flavour was great the other 2 rubbish.
Wine was the nicest thing about it.
Bored waitress who could not be parted from her phone and power bank and really did not want to be there took our money but I could have told her we owed £10 and she would have accepted it

30/08/2024: Très surpris du classement et des différents avis …. Une carte compliquée dans les formules( petit mangeur, gros mangeur) , des plats pas toujours maîtrisés techniquement ( cuisson , associations,…) et des produits travaillés qui ne méritent pas le prix pratiqué … 48 euros pour une formule complète est complètement disproportionnée par rapport à une salade cesar sans poulet , de la poitrine de porc et des fruits coupés en morceau sans aucune préparation …
Bref , un rapport qualité prix ridicule …!!
Je ne parle même pas de ma fille qui a payé la formule enfant à 28 euros …. Une grosse plaisanterie…!!!
Et le vin carafe ou on mélange les bouteilles sans les goûter … bref très mécontent et pas du tout d’accord avec les avis …
Pour autant , cadre plutôt sympa sous les oliviers et service en maîtrise …

Le loup et la dorade légèrement trop cuits.
Jolie décoration de la terrasse , intimiste car entourée de bambous et donc à l'abri des regards de la foule qui déambule à l'extérieur.
21/08/2024: Le personnel était sympa et c’est tout. Nous avions pris des ribs qui étaient très très grasses : plus de gras que de viandes !
Les frites étaient bonnes et l’assortiment de légumes très gras car trop huileux. Un attrape touristes à Marseillan plage.

18/08/2024: J'étais un habitué. Mon plaisir était d'arriver en bateau et de faire découvrir cette table qui de bonne cuisine.
Déçu !! Je suis déçu après avoir constaté une assiette avec 3 huitre !!
Un accompagnement avec une petite pomme de terre coupée eu deux.
Il s'agissait du menu le moins cher ok ! Mais , baisser les quantités à ce point !! J'étais gêné et déçu, je. Vantais cet endroit depuis longtemps. C'est terminé !! Ils ne me verront plus , On ne peut jouer à ce point la carte de l'économie.
Les clients ont droit au chapitre. Je ne conseille donc pas du tout.
