01/03/2026: A wonderful time and meal at Le Gueuleton in Montlouis-sur-Loire.
We were welcomed by a super friendly person, in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere we'd come to expect from this kind of place. They were incredibly kind and eager to share their delicious, high-quality cuisine.
The concept is all about sharing: you order two or three dishes and eat in a convivial way, picking and choosing from each plate as you please. The food is of exceptional quality, featuring local and regional products – a real treat. I highly recommend it to lovers of good food, the region, and the country – we'll be back!

A pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommended.
27/01/2026: We went there for lunch today. Braised ham and fries, chocolate fondant.
Nothing to complain about, everything was great.
The waitresses are very efficient and proactive.
And the food was fantastic! 👍👍 We'll be back! ☺️

At this time of year, there's no reception before 5 PM.
The welcome was lukewarm but adequate.
The room was clean and quiet; not luxurious, but satisfactory.
Good dinner with fresh, locally sourced ingredients... around €35-40 per person.
Breakfast was fairly substantial and basic.
The hotel is well located in the city center. Free parking on site.
04/12/2025: Unfriendly staff. They opened your room door without knocking first. And no apology. Just normal. Beware, bordering on racist. I do not recommend it.
