29/09/2024: Fantastic hotel with friendly service, fabulous restaurant. Highly recommended

01/09/2024: Wir haben auf einer schönen Terasse unter alten Bäumen gespeist. Die Tische waren angenehm weit auseinander. Viel Personal hat uns aufmerksam und sehr professionell bedient. Die Küche ist gut. Die Erwartungen an 2 Michelin-Sterne wurden aber nicht ganz erfüllt. Zuwenig Speisen sind so gut, dass sie über Monate und Jahre in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Fischgang war überladen mit Fisch, Gemüse, Ravioli und Pesto, der alles andere geschmacklich übertüncht hat. Wirklich nicht gelungen, schade. Das Brot-Teller ist ein schwarzes Rechteck, das während des ganzen Essens auf dem Tisch bleibt. Das sieht ästhetisch nicht gut aus. Handwerklich und geschmacklich ist die Küche sehr gut. Ganz grosse Koch-Kunst sieht aber etwas unverkrampfter, ästhetischer und künstlerischer aus. Das ist eine sehr gut Küche, aber nicht absolute Spitzenklasse. Einmal mehr zeigt sich, dass in Frankreich die Michelin-Sterne etwas zu grosszügig vergeben werden.

23/08/2024: Very good restaurant with 2 very friendly waiters. The only thing improving is simply that I consider that a chef who imposes the meal entirely on us must ensure that each dish is perfect and there for my part there is a lack of a certain balance over 2 or 3 preparations. But despite that, it's really a very good restaurant. I recommend it.

17/09/2024: What a nice surprise ☺️. A stone's throw from the cathedral, I parked with ease (parking, parking spaces and free between noon and two) to go have lunch in this restaurant. A friendly welcome, an intimate and warm setting. Unique slate with three choices of dishes and two desserts. Delicious risotto and salmon and pulled pork. Neat presentation and how good was it. Beautiful and good, just perfect. We will come back with pleasure. Frédérique

26/09/2024: We really enjoyed our meal here. All the dishes were prepared beautifully and were full of flavour and not too salty. We almost felt we were having two meals in one as the potato cakes were almost a meal in themselves, and their accompanying mains were equally delicious. We only had entree and main courses and couldn’t have had any more food. Excellent wine list, with some good local suggestions. We had a local Syrah which was excellent value. Super friendly service. It was a quiet Thursday evening and we had a lovely chat with the lady who was front of house (half in English, half in French but we understood each other!).

30/08/2024: Finally a restaurant worthy of the name, traditional cuisine, a delight that I recommend. We live 450km away and go back whenever we can, even if it means making a big detour.

07/09/2024: We stopped at Flavors from the market on the South Road. Very warm welcome, pleasant and professional. The cuisine is based on good products carefully prepared by the chef. His wife serves in the dining room. I highly recommend this address.

17/08/2024: Une petite pause à Vienne et une belle surprise ce petit bistro. Le chef est vraiment un amoureux des bonnes choses , une cuisine généreuse, goûteuse et copieuse et en plus il est sympas. Nous avons pris le menu du jour , un pure régal du début à la fin, merci à la charmante Silvie , la serveuse du jour, très souriante et aux petits soins. Si nous revenons à Vienne, nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

03/07/2024: Encore une visite dans cette entre de la bonne chère et encore un pur régal ! C est pas compliqué,tout est bon !!!! Les produits sont frais et de qualité quand à la cuisine ,traditionnelle top ,faite maison avec passion . Un vrai lieu de convivialité,de détente et de régal !! Le patron est généreux ,dévoué pour ses clients ,un authentique cuisinier et commerçant . Un Homme fortement sympathique. Endroit à découvrir,à redécouvrir, encore et encore . Une chose est sûre ,nous reviendrons !! MERCI ☺️ 🙌🙏

21/09/2024: High quality restaurant! From the aperitif to the desert, nothing to say, everything was perfect! (maybe a little more chocolate sauce, on the profiteroles but that's a detail! They are excellent!!) Without forgetting the glass offer white or red wine which are very good choices!! excellent value for money!! and it's rare!!! THANKS !!

14/09/2024: Quality Price not great. Very disappointed with this experience in this restaurant that I discovered yesterday. Courtesy but no more than that. My fries were overcooked and the pepper sauce was tasteless. No, I really won't repeat the experience. I don't advise.
