26/03/2024: A place with original architecture where old stone is highlighted.
The meal is delicious and original. Truffle and prawn ravioli on bacon cream. The cider from the chef's childhood goes well with this dish, which has a Breton touch.
The foie gras found in the Landes salad is a delight.
A fine and subtle dessert was served to us: matcha tea verrine and yuzu cream on a bed of matcha biscuits.
Yum ! 😋

29/03/2024: Following the advice of our landlord in Dax we went to eat at "La Tête de l'Art". Total success. They welcomed us with unusual kindness and courtesy.
A clean and exquisitely decorated place.
We decided to try the menu of the day and we were delighted.
Salad, fish, meat and desserts, all balanced in quantity and flavor.
We recommend it 100x100

25/07/2023: Petit resto au centre ville de Dax qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui est une adresse à recommander. Le chef galicien ne cuisine que des produits frais en y apportant sa touche créative qui rend l'assiette goûteuse. Julie, la patronne, pâtissière, confectionne des desserts gourmands. Le midi, la formule à 15 € est d'un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les tarifs de la carte ne sont pas ruineux non plus et la cave est bien achalandée. L'après-midi, l'établissement fait salon de thé. Un conseil : ,n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte !
