13/01/2026: A concept perfectly suited to lovers of Guérande, a chef who takes us on his most refined culinary journeys, relaxed and quick service, a rustic yet modern and utterly charming setting on a wonderful little shaded square at the foot of the ramparts. We savored a surprisingly fresh and divinely refreshing fusion-style salad and a decadent chocolate fondant. Bravo and thank you!!!

27/01/2026: We had a good experience at the restaurant. Although it was full on a Friday night, the lady was able to single-handedly attend to everyone in a nice manner. My favorite was the dessert. Would recommend a reservation.
02/01/2026: Impeccable cuisine of very high quality, top-notch presentation. A diverse range of flavors and excellent ingredients. Impeccable, fast, and friendly service. Honestly, nothing to add, a superb restaurant, I highly recommend it!

08/02/2026: Disappointed. The galettes were filled with chopped, even minced, ingredients, all to hide the main ingredient, which was served in small quantities. I ordered one with andouille sausage, and yes, the andouille was shredded. My wife had a "bûcheron" galette with half a sausage cut into slices and swimming in fat. The menus and chairs were of dubious cleanliness.
In short, a disappointment. Avoid this place.
08/02/2026: Excellent crêperie in Guérande, outside the town, beautiful decor, good food, good service. A little more expensive but worth the price difference.

01/01/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this very pleasant place. A small suggestion: install a half-moon shaped curtain at the door to retain heat when customers come and go.
29/12/2025: We were passing through the region and discovered an authentic place and above all we enjoyed the galettes. The staff were very helpful and smiling. I recommend this very friendly little restaurant.

07/10/2025: (Voir la traduction française ci-dessous.) We visited this hotel for the restaurant specifically. They have a great little crêperie. I've had crepes across the region, but these were by far my favorite. I had a savory galette with the meal that I chose from the "build your own" menu, adding smoked sausage, cheese, and egg. And it was the best galette I've had in France. My wife agreed that her galette was the best one she's had here too. For dessert, we had caramel crepes, which had the most incredible caramel we've ever had. This is a gem in the old area of the city, and I can't recommend it enough!
On est venus dans cet hôtel juste pour le resto, et franchement, leur petite crêperie est top ! J’ai goûté pas mal de crêpes dans la région, mais celles-ci sont de loin mes préférées. J’ai pris une galette salée que j’ai composée moi-même, avec saucisse fumée, fromage et œuf — et c’était la meilleure galette que j’ai mangée en France. Ma femme était d’accord : la sienne aussi était la meilleure qu’elle ait goûtée ici.
En dessert, on a pris des crêpes au caramel, avec le caramel le plus incroyable qu’on ait jamais mangé. Un vrai petit bijou dans le vieux quartier de la ville — je recommande à 100 % !
06/09/2025: We came for lunch and were greeted by a waitress who didn't really know if she could serve us. Yes, outside, but if it rains, too bad for us. Not very salesy, but let's admit it. Once we were seated, we could clearly feel her annoyance. His colleague took over to serve us, an older man, he was abusively nonchalant, luckily the meal was good.

je suis en extérieur avec mon chien, table idéalement située,
très bien pour le service,
9 huitres en entrée, une tranche de foie en plat, Muscadet et Croze Hermitage ..... un vrai régal.
Merci au patron ainsi qu'aux équipes en salle et en cuisine pour cet agréable moment.

09/09/2024: Sympathique restaurant situé dans une belle rue de Guerande. Délicieux hamburger breton constitué d’une saucisse bretonne enrobée dans une galette bretonne… service rapide et très sympa. A recommander.
04/09/2024: Galette et crêpes bretonnes format street food à déguster en cornet. Vous y trouver les classiques mais aussi des revisitées gebiales. La hot dog bretonne avec une saucisse rôtie caramélisé qui vaut le détour, accompagnée de sa moutarde à l’ancienne et de son fromage fondant, un régal.
Une tenue en main et des cornets qui facilite la degustation, on reste propre grâce à l à parfaire cuisson des galettes qui caramélisent à souhait.
Rajouter à tout cela un personnel souriant et des prix plus que correct et vous aurez un restau pour lequel on fait un crochet !
