01/11/2025: We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday and my parents' birthday. The service and cuisine were exceptional. The five-course wine pairing menu was magnificent, bursting with flavor. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Special mention goes to the sommelier, who was very professional and passionate about her work. One of the best restaurants in Nantes, easily rivaling Michelin-starred establishments.

And the meal was superb from start to finish, with generous portions, perfect flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery! 15/01/2026: My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner at this restaurant; it had been ten years since my last visit. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is extremely well-run. As I mentioned, a little something extra on the Asian tartare would be perfect—a sprinkle of sesame seeds once it's prepared. The waiter came to present the meat and condiments to me, along with the preparation, and even asked how much wasabi I wanted—very professional. A wonderful experience without a single flaw.

28/09/2024: DEPLORABLE!!! A table of 13 people reserves 3 weeks in advance. A more than unpleasant waitress, no smile and an incredibly rude way of addressing the customer!!! “Push your cutlery.” A waiter who comes to take the dessert order 5 minutes after serving us the dish. Not to mention the “we’re offering you the digestive” once we arrive at the bar, the bill paid, a waitress who hands us the TPE to each of us to ask us to pay for this famous digestive. To top it off, another waitress, equally pleasant and contemptuous, who clears these empty glasses on the counter while pushing our drinks. A shame! For a first in this establishment, the last one was unanimous, we have never been so poorly received.
