20/02/2026: The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the food is good, well-prepared and attractively presented. A great place for a quick lunch or a more relaxed meal!
12/02/2026: Nothing special for the second time. Although the food was decent, the welcome was still mediocre and the service left much to be desired.
The owner needs to delegate a bit more. She should trust the servers, who are undoubtedly competent.
It's a series of service missteps, with recurring delays and oversights. There's definitely much more they can do. What a shame!

The only real downside was the fries. They were too processed and too soggy! Ouch! Long live homemade fries! It's a shame, because with staff like that and the quality of the other products, it would be a 5/5.

I think you'll remember us: your pot-au-feu consisted of three carrot slices, small potato wedges, three pieces of uncooked meat, and a greasy, incredibly salty broth... In short, it's nothing like the one in Les Sables-d'Olonne that recommended you to us, and we were extremely disappointed.
I'm ready to discuss this further with you, as we did during our previous visit.

25/03/2026: Great hotel, beautiful rooms with high ceilings, classically styled and recently renovated.
Most importantly: excellent service from all the staff.
We were there on business, and the hotel's atmosphere was very relaxing!
03/03/2026: The location is peaceful, the welcome is warm, the rooms are spacious, and the charm is old-fashioned—everything is top-notch.
The only downside is the breakfast: the quality of the products (industrial), no more fruit salad at 8:30 a.m., reheated bread, and a limited selection. Having to ask for water to take medication and for butter is also a drawback. The organization needs improvement. Overall, my stay was positive. I'll keep this address in mind.

12/01/2026: Avoid this place! I found a long hair in my plate, and my child vomited everything up that evening when we got home. Disappointed. We waited an hour to be served, which is outrageous. Plus, they looked unhappy.

The tequila sunrise cocktail was just orange juice. The Caesar salad had no Caesar dressing, only vinaigrette! Unbelievable!
We weren't even allowed to change or remove a dessert from the menu.
The only positive point: a pleasant waitress, despite being a new employee.
21/03/2026: Very disappointed with the Malala; a tequila "sunrise" cocktail was just orange juice. Caesar salad with dressing. And the mandatory dessert, with no possibility of canceling it once ordered. Outrageous!

Very welcoming and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, excellent evening meal with a varied buffet of starters and desserts – one of the best Campanile hotels I've stayed in.

20/03/2026: Traveling for business all week, this hotel is ideally located near major roads. The rooms are simple but functional, and above all, very comfortable and quiet. Not a sound. The icing on the cake is the restaurant with dishes worthy of some of the finest establishments. As beautiful as it is delicious, I highly recommend it. The staff is also very pleasant and attentive.
28/02/2026: I booked a room for one night.
Late afternoon, I realized there was no hot water.
I went back to reception where they told me it was strange and that they would change my room upon my return (that same evening). They did, but the same problem occurred immediately, implying that I was the only one in the hotel experiencing it.
This was untrue, as the entire hotel was affected.
A bad experience for me.

09/12/2025: There were three employees, all three chatting away. I wanted to buy something, but no one answered me. I said "hello," one of them looked at me, simply ignored me, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I left without buying anything. APPALLING SERVICE (09/12/25 – 2:50 PM).
