08/05/2026: Excellent food (the foie gras, wild boar and crispy dish were fabulous) and impeccable service.
24/04/2026: A very good experience at Restaurant Henri II. The menu is short, but that's a real sign of quality: simple cuisine, excellent and well-prepared ingredients. Special mention for the homemade bread.
The shaded terrace is very pleasant, and the interior is full of charm. The service was perfect, attentive, and professional.
I will definitely be back! 👍

Overall, the restaurant's cuisine doesn't live up to its prices.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with remarkable kindness by the entire team. The staff is not only welcoming but also extremely professional and attentive to every detail. You can feel their genuine desire to please and make your stay enjoyable, which makes all the difference.
The hotel is very well-maintained, comfortable, and full of charm. But our real highlight, without a doubt, is the lounge bar: an elegant and cozy space, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The atmosphere is refined, the drinks are excellent, and the service is always impeccable.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this flawless experience. We will gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Le Grand Hotel de L'Abbaye

27/09/2024: A beautiful historic building and it's great that it is being well looked after and maintained. We had a very spacious and well appointed toom reached by the large staircase. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This was our third stay at the hotel and the Rotisserie was available this time and it was excellent.
25/09/2024: We expected more from the comfort of the room. A little expensive for what we got. Needs a good refresh. On the other hand, the meal was delicious.
