19/01/2025: Alright. Friendly.. But it's Sunday the service was fast, we have time. I asked for coffee later and...it arrived with dessert. Otherwise it was perfect as usual.

15/01/2025: We had a family meal and really zero service, the waitress was overwhelmed, not pleasant at all, 12:15 p.m. I ordered fries for my granddaughter, there were more, the plates were quickly served without seasoning, the bottle of wine had a sharp taste, forced to change the bottle Everyone disappointed 😞

02/08/2024: Excellent rapport qualité/prix + service impeccable. Au menu à 23€: assiette de charcuterie généreuse ( pas sous blister !) dont un très bon pâté. Un faux-filet aux échalotes fraîches tendre et goûteux + frites croustillantes, et une coupe de glace caramel/chantilly .. servis avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement !

18/03/2024: very good restaurant in improved canteen mode. we eat well and quickly at lunchtime. the entrance buffet is very nice. for professional meals on the go at lunchtime on bon enco tee it's very good.

20/11/2024: Working restaurant but one of the latter's rooms is more.... “calm". Starters and desserts as much as you want and homemade. The choice of dishes is at least 3 and also always homemade with great talent. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable and exceptional. 10.9€ per main course, 12.9€ starter/main course or main course/dessert buffet and 14.9€ starters/main course/desserts

22/10/2024: La Brasserie du Marché is a restaurant that I really like for the quality of the meal, the very friendly atmosphere, the owner who has a lot of humor and also an unbeatable quality/price ratio in the region.

06/10/2024: I have visited this restaurant many times, the first time about 15 years ago. I have always been satisfied with the price-quality ratio... until the company was taken over some time ago (by the daughter of the owners?) and prices subsequently rose sharply. Quite logical in itself at a time when everything has become more expensive, but the perfect composition of the children's menu (tasting the buffet d'entrée + fries nuggets or something like that) no longer exists. For our children who were used to the pleasure of being able to choose from the buffet, we now only order the starter buffet d'entrée (12.50 approximately the same as the price for a children's menu). But it has now happened several times that for our small children 2 and 6 years old are charged a full buffet menu and I really don't want to pay 22 euros for those few bites they eat! My partner never eats desserts at all, so tonight we paid about 20 euros too much. So we now paid 24 euros for a few macarons and a yogurt. Next time we will spend that money on a really good restaurant such as Le Caillau and certainly not in this restaurant that used to be always full and where now, well I understand, hardly any people come, let alone come back.

11/11/2024: The terrace has a beautiful location, the visibly organic and local products are very well cooked in rather generous crepes! Small downside for the service where we had the impression of disturbing when arriving, and of being in a hurry to eat..

04/07/2024: Totalement hors de prix pour la qualité servie 21€ pour un « bowl » qui arrive sous forme d’une assiette de crudités coupées à la va vite et un tas de riz au milieu de l assiette La pavlova se résume à une boule de glace avec 3 tas de chantilly sur le bord de l’assiette et une meringue achetée manifestement toute faite chez un pâtissier. Le tout pour la modique somme de 10€. Le rapport qualité prix n’est absolument pas justifié. À ce niveau là c’est du vol… Dommage l’accueil est plutôt sympathique

02/05/2024: La qualité au rendez-vous, avec un service très pro tout en étant sympa ! Prix corrects. Carte des vins avec du choix. La salle à l’étage est vraiment top. Une belle terrasse aussi.

15/08/2024: Vendredi dernier nous avons passé un moment enchanteur à l'écluse de Villeneuve-sur-Lot ! Niché au bord du Lot, cet endroit magique nous a offert une expérience inoubliable. La planche gourmande, une véritable symphonie de saveurs, a comblé nos papilles. Merci infiniment aux employés attentionnés et à l'équipe en cuisine pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur savoir-faire.
