07/08/2026: We came today.
The dishes were very, very good and generous, just the way they should be. I thoroughly enjoyed the guinea fowl, which was beautifully presented.
The waiters were very helpful, attentive, and pleasant.
I recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

30/03/2026: I spent one night there for work, as part of an overnight stay. The evening meal was a very good buffet with a varied and plentiful selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. However, the room was really nothing special. It was very clean, no complaints there, but I had neither shutters nor curtains on the window, the bed was rather hard, and the hotel was very noisy. You can hear people talking in the hallways, I could also hear my neighbor in the next room, and it's incredibly noisy when the bar is busy.

24/08/2026: Awful, avoid at all costs! Hair and pebbles in the food, not to mention the cleanliness (toilets and kitchen). The owner is insulting and rude, the chicken is incredibly dry, you have no idea what you're eating, it's disgusting, worst restaurant ever.
24/08/2026: Awful, a place to avoid. Frozen food, dirty cutlery, and a disrespectful owner. He insulted a woman and called her "mistress." The melons were rotten.

13/07/2026: The restaurant offers four air-conditioned meeting rooms, a very welcome detail! Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and a good selection of appetizers and desserts at the buffet. I recommend it!
26/06/2026: I wonder what was drier: the bread, the cheese, or the mashed potatoes.
The beetroot in the cold buffet was inedible (I pointed it out to the waiter, who clearly didn't care). As for the dessert, two spoonfuls were enough to stop the carnage. The first was to break the crust on top (everything in this restaurant is definitely dry), and the second was enough to completely kill my appetite.
The coffee, however, was very good, which justifies the single star in this review.

06/09/2026: The worst welcome in Paris!
We were kicked out by a haughty waiter because our daughter was eating a milkshake on the terrace.
I don't see the problem since we were going to order something anyway.
The way they treated us is unacceptable.
In this bar, you can smoke on the terrace, but you can't eat anything that isn't sold by the establishment… yet they don't sell cigarettes…
So we went for a drink at the bar next door, which had no problem letting us sit down.
So avoid this bar and find a place a little further away that's much nicer.
06/09/2026: I had a terrible experience last Sunday, August 30th, at Café QG on Rue de la Roquette in the Bastille district of Paris. It was around 6:00 PM, and I ordered a green tea with a friend. The waiter told me they couldn't serve us hot drinks after 6:00 PM, only cold ones. I couldn't believe my ears! 😳 I asked the waiter to ask the café owner for permission, and I haven't heard anything since. Finally, my friend and I crossed Rue de la Roquette and went to Café La Rêverie Bastille, just across the street, where we were able to order a hot drink without any problem and even had dinner there. I will never set foot in QG again, even though I used to go there every time I came back to Paris for vacation or business. A very bad experience to absolutely avoid! 😏👎🏽

20/09/2024: Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce restaurant, d’abord par l’accueil et le service. Nous avons pris chacun des plats différents et chose plutôt rare ils étaient tous aussi délicieux de l’entrée au dessert. Carte des vins intéressante. À renouveler car la carte change tous les mois.

11/04/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent interpersonal skills. The room was nice, although we would have preferred a walk-in shower to a bathtub. The food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. The location is quiet and relaxing. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

16/11/2024: Une jolie salle ou on peut parler au calme. Un service souriant et attentif. Et surtout de très bons plats dans le menu ( choix de 3 entrées, de 4 plats et de 4 desserts). Savoureux et bien mis en scène dans les assiettes!
Et pour couronner cet excellent repas, un très bon Chinon rouge!

Cannelloni de raie au pamplemousse exquis, frais avec des saveurs qui explosent en bouche
Brioche perdu aux escargots beurre persillés très très bon
Onglet de veau avec mousseline d’artichauts et pommes de terre sautées excellent aussi, le veau était vraiment fondant, à couper à la fourchette
Un service très agréable et soigné
Ce n’est pas la 1ère fois que nous y allons et ça ne sera certainement pas la dernière !!
