16/12/2024: For a change this evening I wanted to try the beef bourguignon accompanied by potatoes. And there, big disappointment... the dish was tasteless, without seasoning, without color or liveliness. A dish equal to what a hospital canteen could serve. At almost €19 per dish (roughly what it would cost to make it yourself for 4 guests) it’s once again excessive. I have already tried several other dishes, but nothing works, it has little taste interest. The establishment enjoys a great location and takes great advantage of it to empty the wallets of customers wanting to eat at least for the amount they spend. 10/12/2024: The Saint Goustan table is a place to avoid so as not to be scammed! The word is a bit strong but reflects the feeling we had after dining in this restaurant. With its location and the pleasant side of the place, everything is permitted and above all making money on the backs of customers and to the detriment of the know-how of a good restaurateur. As proof: I had a steak a la carte for €25. A first plate arrived and it was clear that the meat was so nervous that it was inedible. I pointed this out to the waiter who had no difficulty in taking the plate back. So he knew! A second plate was brought to me and again the meat was still inedible and around 100 grams of the piece was simply impossible to cut! I haven't always eaten only good meat but at this point, never in my life. This is simply organized theft!

30/10/2024: The waiter was unfriendly and bitter. This unprofessional behavior can only affect our judgment of this establishment. The tables are too crowded, the atmosphere is very noisy. Damage!!!!!!!

15/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! The tobacconists are appalling (and I mean it). I even felt like I was bothering them just by asking to be served. It's a shame, the place looks nice, but the people behind the counter make it unwelcoming and unpleasant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

26/11/2025: Having stayed here before, I didn't have bad memories of this hotel. But on my next visit, the service has deteriorated. Before, you could ask for a meal to be reheated, but now, under the pretext that the cook refuses, even if you book a room but don't eat in the restaurant, they refuse. I call that high-pressure sales tactics. Especially since this wasn't the case before. I don't think their strategy is sound; they'd rather lose a customer permanently than provide this service. Beyond the decline in housekeeping, I found hair (not mine) in the bathroom, as well as crumbs on the desk, and the bottom of the trash can (which wasn't linerd) was in a deplorable state of filth.
