15/09/2024: Loyal customers of the Sarreguemines restaurant "A l'Ange gourmand" since its acquisition by Christine and Philippe, my wife and I never stop saying how delighted we are to have found in this establishment, a meeting place much more friendly than commercial, a warm and friendly welcome, traditional cuisine of such quality that our ancestors can feel relieved, reassured and almost jealous. Our weekly meeting in this magical place is always a great reward after a week of activity. Whether it's the menus, the daily specials or certain one-off services, there is no dish that will not delight our taste buds. The kitchens are behind the scenes where each raw food benefits from a top-notch culinary metamorphosis for the well-being of an increasingly demanding clientele that has already been won over. As for Christine and Philippe, always very close to your table, smiling and providing excellent advice, they form an inseparable and complementary couple for a result that meets your expectations. But let's not forget the rising star, Webmaster and head waiter in his spare time, the essential Nicolas, the couple's young prodigy. 24/08/2024: Mon entree etait terrible, quelque chose qui ressemblait a des tomates en conserve avec de petite morceaux d’avocat et de fromage de chevre. Le plat entier avait l’air peu appétissant et avait un gout horrible. Le plat principal etait un steak de filet servir dans un soupe de sauce brune epaisse avec quelques haricot vert nageant dans la soupe. Le steak etait dur, imposible a couperet il etait tres sanglant., pas ce que j’avais demande. Lorsque je me suis plaint au serveur, il a dit qu’il le dirait au proprietaire n’a pas eu le courage de venir nous parler. en fait pendant le peu de temps que nous avons passe la-bas, il nous a evites mais a parle a tous les autres clients. Nous avons demandez l’addition et sommes partis pas tres contents du tout. Je ne recommanderais certainement jamais cet endroit a qui que ce soit.

02/09/2024: My dishes, a Niçoise salad and scallops with morels, were perfect. The menu is varied; I will return to this restaurant. The waitress is friendly and, increasingly rare, has a smile. I recommend this establishment.

16/07/2024: Super Restaurant mit äußerst freundlichem und aufmerksamen Service. Uns allen haben die bestellten Speisen sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich persönlich hatte einen Salade de Poulet salé und war begeistert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!
