03/02/2026: We stopped by this seaside restaurant and were definitely not disappointed. The welcome was very friendly, and there was a wide selection of mussels (around 70 different recipes) with excellent fries cooked in beef fat. The setting is also very pleasant, and the price is more than reasonable. We will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.
31/01/2026: I had mussels cooked in white wine here. What can I say?
They were delicious.
Not a single broken mussel in the pot, served with vegetables and garlic. Highly recommended.
The accompanying fries were also freshly prepared, and the mayonnaise (definitely homemade) was excellent.

30/10/2024: It's been 2 weeks since I went to this restaurant, I didn't know it at all.
A great discovery. Located in the city center, I would definitely return.
Recommended.
27/10/2024: A very good time in this restaurant which certainly doesn't look like much from the outside.
Don't hesitate to open the door of this establishment, you will not be disappointed.

10/01/2026: Cancellation of a reservation from February 13th to 15th, six weeks before the scheduled date, no refund; the establishment refuses to make any gesture. During this carnival period, the hotel will have no problem finding a replacement tenant. These people from the coast have values far removed from those of people from the North.

25/09/2024: Our waiter dropped an entire glass of red wine on me, & I was wearing white jeans. They are completely ruined. I didn’t get much help from the staff & the patron grudgingly gave a discount - apart from that the food was fine.
20/09/2024: Horrible, désagréable, tourne autour des tables quand ont Manges.
Entré saumons la moitier d’une tranche pour 18euro a fuir !! Rien a voir avec l’édito! Une fois signalé il répond « que c’est comme sa « …
Et en mangeant les serveurs débarrasse les verres alors qui sont encore remplis vraiment pas top.

28/10/2025: The menu isn't very varied but it's sufficient, and the portions are generous and very good; it's truly excellent value for money. The service is incredibly friendly. I only gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere because we visited during a rather quiet period, but I should mention that the music is good quality and at a volume that allows for background music without being too loud.

31/05/2025: 1 short break at lunchtime at 1:15 p.m....and we waited 30 minutes to be served....the welch...meh...it lacked flavor..the bread was dry and not soaked in beer..the fries were dry...very disappointed. and the waiter was nonchalant..
28/05/2025: A truly welcoming little neighborhood café. A few tables inside, and an outdoor terrace. The staff is very friendly, and the regulars know each other. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Whether you're stopping by for a coffee or a light snack, you'll feel welcome.

We were therefore surprised by the particularly long wait for a tartare and an omelette...
That said, the dishes were good.
We were disturbed by the behavior of the staff, who communicate between the room and the kitchen by yelling, without consideration for the customers of the restaurant, whether it is the skewer that the waitress wants to eat during the cigarette break being organized between room staff and kitchen. Among other things...

We arrived at noon sharp, you should not be expected at 2 p.m., the service is not fast, I think they are doing what they can, but there are not enough staff
As an aperitif, the Pina Colada is perfectly prepared, very pleasant to drink, no appetizers, it's a detail
We ordered mussels with garlic cream and we got mussels with maroilles at 1:45 p.m., they were good but not what we wanted
I reported it, no reaction from my interlocutor
We couldn't end on a sweet note, we were late for our appointment...
Damage !
It's more expensive than the beach brasserie

04/09/2024: Zu essen gibt es hier eine Auswahl an Fingerfood wobei die Preisleistung sehr gut ist. Perfekt für einen kleinen Snack zwischendurch. Sehr viele verschiedene Biersorten. Die Käsenachos sind eine komplette Käse-Eskalation.
03/09/2024: When we arrived at this bar, me and my wife settled down to have a drink for myself and my wife a pancake. We had waited 10 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order because the others were too busy to discuss instead of coming to take our order I find it shameful. The worst is that when we have finished "restoring" we get up to leave and say goodbye to the bar team we had no response from their part.
We are very disappointed with this bar, we will never come back and do not recommend this bar.

Tout petit bémol, le pain, baguette blanche plus qu'ordinaire, aurait mérité d'être un peu plus gourmand.
23/12/2023: Nous avons découvert le restaurant accessible sans être client de l'hôtel.
Le waterzooi de poisson qui donne son nom à l'établissement est raffiné et copieux (moules, saumon poisson blanc et crevettes). Décor chaleureux.
Service professionnel et souriant
Point d'amélioration : le pain, il existe certainement de très bonnes boulangeries à Dunkerque.
