05/05/2024: 1st and last visit to this establishment, a reservation for 9:15 p.m., pick-up at 10:00 p.m., extremely fast ordering but dishes which arrive before the aperitif, finally to crown the tour, my dish (a wlesh) which arrives lukewarm, return to the kitchen, and to top it off, the manager of the establishment that I asked to see has nothing to do with it since she spends her evening drinking champagne with customers. Flee this sea establishment......

I spent a weekend using the Staycation app. The place is exceptional, the welcome is perfect, nothing to complain about.
Very spacious room, exceptional bedding.
Cleanliness is there, no dust.
In terms of services, we had a small cake as well as a bottle of champagne.
The swimming pool is exceptional!!!
The restaurant is magnificent and the meal is gourmet (see the photos), the dessert is delicious.
I highly recommend !
25/03/2024: I was recently able to experience a moment of relaxation during a back massage with Emilie. A moment of sweetness, relaxation and tranquility.
The massage was very pleasant, both gentle and focused on areas of tension.

28/04/2024: I reserved the room on the first floor of the restaurant to celebrate my birthday and everything went wonderfully.
I would like to thank the manager David, his sister Patricia and his entire team, Kadra, Alex and Hugo. Everything was perfect, be it the dishes, the service and the setting in which the event took place. Thanks again to everyone.
I would also like to point out that the Arcades also offer well-equipped hotel rooms, at a very reasonable price.
In summary, this is a great address in Valenciennes, which is essential to discover if you do not know this establishment. And regarding myself, I told them all see you soon.

A big congratulations for this refined cuisine...an explosion of flavor in the mouth as much on the starter, the main course and the desert with seasonal and quality products! A very good cellar also. Top notch, professional and very friendly service in addition to a chic and warm atmosphere. The chef's visit to our table during the meal is always a pleasure😍 number one on my list of favorite restaurants. Congratulations again and I weigh my words!

25/03/2024: Beautiful terrace on the Place d'Armes de Valenciennes which is now pedestrian.
Very warm welcome, the dishes are plentiful. The only downside is that the price of drinks is a little too expensive.
14/03/2024: We were very poorly received this afternoon, the waiter did not hide his annoyance when we arrived and when we ordered. We preferred to laugh about it. It's much, much too expensive for what it is... I don't recommend this place.
