06/04/2024: Switched to the new "concept"... um... how should I put it? In my opinion flunch is digging its grave with such a stupid concept... I pass by the entrance of the restaurant which is greatly reduced in size where everyone finds themselves stuck between the cash registers and the desserts... For the drinks apparently no more water bottles! You have to serve yourself in 40 or 60 cl glasses... Obviously with only one place to help yourself, which confuses everyone. And the bonus: checkout at 11:48 a.m., I go to get my couscous at 12:02 p.m. and there was already no more! Anything ! For me, flunch is over!

05/04/2024: A top-notch interior but a real problem regarding ordering the waffle ice cream pancakes…. The terminals do not work because there are too many orders Unfriendly staff because they are overwhelmed (on a Friday at 6:00 p.m.😳) What a pity

04/04/2024: Been twice recently, Sunday 24 at 7:30 p.m., the tomato "sauce" was extremely liquid, worthy of tomato soups from motorway rest areas.... you can lengthen a sauce a little but at this point I have never seen... Our friends had ordered cakes for a birthday during the day, we were told an hour later that the cakes were not available... Returned 2 days later, at lunchtime, we ordered two pancakes, a ham and cheese and a wholemeal, the beep sounds, the plates are ready but there are no more heat lamps to keep warm. Arriving at the table, we realize that we both have the same pancake (complete ones). I return to the kitchen, ask the difference between the two and when the people in the kitchen realize they have made a mistake, they make me another one, and the mistake is served to another customer who will surely have had a pancake cold, which has already been in the room and in which we checked what was there.... Hygiene?! Add to this since the reopening of orders not practical to go to the pancake stand (forced to order at the terminal without being sure that stocks are up to date and that we will have what we ordered), and new games out of price (shuffleboard at €3 per game, 7 winning points, same for pinball and table football, obliged to pay by credit card). In short, nothing has been going well since the reopening
