12/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine at this restaurant.
Everything is perfect...the welcome, the service, the food.
12/12/2025: We were looking for a place to spend a lovely evening together for our wedding anniversary. We chose this gourmet restaurant in Beauvais.
We weren't disappointed. "Gastronomic" is the perfect word.
We opted for the €70 set menu. On the advice of the staff, we didn't choose any dishes to be surprised by what was served.
For the wines, and on their recommendation, we were served a 50.50 white and a Saint-Estèphe red.
The meal was a succession of courses (eight in total), each with very fragrant flavors and enhanced by herbs... Salmon to start, followed by foie gras, and we were already delighted.
Then came the pike-perch, which delighted us, accompanied by a light and flavorful garnish. To accompany our red wine, we had an extremely tender beef fillet,
topped with mushrooms on a rosette of mashed potatoes.
Blueberry ice cream with small pieces of fruit, and to finish, the chef's delicious Paris-Brest.
It was an unforgettable evening for us, a culinary delight in an elegant setting where the service was impeccable from beginning to end. We will definitely be back.

01/08/2024: We arrived at 9:45 p.m. to eat quickly. On site the opening hours were 11:30 p.m. restaurant closing time and 10:30 p.m. kitchen closing time. We were refused on the grounds that the time was not valid on site because it had been changed by consumers and we were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 p.m. while the restaurant closed at 11:30 p.m. Find the mistake !!??

09/07/2025: Awful clinical dead atmosphere. Terrible bland tasteless food. Poor service. Our waitress was not hygienic looking. The worst was the food though. Nothing haute cuisine about this place.

The quality of the products offered is far from being outdone. The peppers cooked in my pancake made me forget its name. Generous gourmet desserts to try. We have been there several times, and always the same feeling. Well done 👏 team.

06/07/2025: I'm giving one star because you can't give 0! Completely crappy service!! We order and it doesn't deliver and what's more they don't answer the phone anymore!
06/07/2025: A disaster!!!!! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. Had to call several times to see that the delivery person didn't seem to know our address. Delivery person annoyed at waiting 2 minutes at the wrong place because he couldn't find it despite a specific address... forgot something in the order, had to call the restaurant back, which didn't respond, switchboard closed at 10 p.m. Wrong drink and wrong order, I got something I didn't like. Dry tacos and no goodwill gesture.
To sum up, never again!!!!

A pleasant and inspiring setting without being flashy.
As we arrived at the very end of the service, we received a warm and dynamic welcome.
The menu, in bistro mode, is concise which bodes well for the quality of the dishes.
This hypothesis turns out to be entirely correct and the dishes served in a good mood and with attention are excellent.
In the end, a very positive experience and a very positive quality/price ratio.
27/08/2024: Unacceptable! Yesterday, I ordered a hazelnut on the terrace and asked the waitress for saccharin when she served it to me. She replied: “Too late, you should have told me first. » I then went to the counter to ask for sweetener, and a man wearing glasses, who appeared to be the manager, told me he didn't have any. I pointed out to him that he had some right next to him, and he curtly replied, “Take it yourself,” without even looking at me. Such disrespectful behavior drives customers away. If he doesn't like working behind a bar, he should study and become a dentist like me. Without a doubt, the only welcoming restaurant is Le Jeann Hachette, with its adorable and charismatic owner.

08/09/2024: Sur la place du marché à Beauvais, voilà un restaurant gastronomique très agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin, les plats sont raffinés et travaillés, le goût est aussi au rendez-vous.
La deco plutôt moderne fait de cet endroit une table qui fait la différence et bien évidemment avec ses plats gastronomiques, il se place clairement dans les meilleures adresses de Beauvais. Il faut le découvrir

31/03/2024: I went there twice.
The first was very good, despite a long service.
The second, in December, was a disaster.
After an hour of waiting after placing the order (tartare), I left.
It's beresina in the kitchen, and it's not far from being the same thing on the service side. The waiters blame the kitchen, but they don't seem to do anything to improve the overall picture.
General table which, ultimately, requires good formatting.
10/02/2024: Table not clean and coke without gas but I am no longer surprised new generations who only think of the cash drawer while forgetting the basics of service.

15/08/2024: Ohlala, dish €21.50 salmon stuffed with scallops. I have never found the scallops and almost non-existent accompaniment: 4 ravioli, 5 strips of pepper and 2 small broccoli flowers, it's overkill.
A rare steak served more than medium rare.
A super speed server, left before the end of our phases.
In short, far from being on top or avoiding days when there are people...
