10/05/2024: Best restaurant in Compiègne, France. Friendly and professional staff. The food is amazing. I enjoyed the roasted sea bass fillet, and my husband liked the French beef fillet with truffle. Both food were cooked to perfection and handed down the best food we had in Paris and around. Thank you to the waitress for the best service and being so cool. We made great memories.

Too bad, the devil is in the details.

16/01/2024: We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful residence with park, the rooms are very quiet, the bedding perfect, very comfortable We booked dinner for our arrival, the food is very, very good: the scallops on Jerusalem artichoke puree are a treat! the starter, the exquisite sea bream tartare and what a beautiful presentation! Bravo to the chef and his brigade! The breakfast the first morning, perfect, plentiful and the service wonderful! On the other hand, on the 2nd morning, a very cold welcome from another waitress, no table set for 4 guests, and there were almost no pastries left (certainly swallowed by the next table, lol...). Our bathroom, although a little dated, deserves a renovation in the near future.... Private and enclosed parking, perfect for car security, We recommend this hotel very close to Compiègne and Pierrefonds for beautiful visits to the castles!
