21/04/2024: Best meal we ate in Paris, the beef cheek was to die for! Sensational vibes and setting, very friendly staff/ownership with a beautiful story. Get your reservation a bit ahead of time!

21/04/2024: My wife and I had dinner here on our second night in Paris. The meal was a spiritual experience. All the wines were great. The food was perfect and the service was friendly and prompt. Best meal we had in France.

31/05/2024: A fabulous trip in a modern and warm setting overlooking the gardens of the Palais Royal. Chef Philip Chronopoulos and his team transport us to Greece with original dishes full of flavors, a fine blend of French and Mediterranean cuisine To sum up, it was delicious, surprising, beautifully prepared with adorable and discreet staff. A pure happiness.

31/05/2024: Seasonings to be reviewed, langoustine not cooked, lobster more than salty... wasted evening, thank you chef. Top-notch desserts and service.

06/05/2024: Nice small restaurant on a quiet street. Friendly and professional staff, they managed to find a table for us for lunch though they are normally fully booked even on Monday. I recommend to rake the menu of the day, Wine list is not long, but carefully selected.

06/05/2024: Didn’t allow to eat because we were with kids. Told that they are full, but allowed people after us.

24/05/2024: A real experience both in terms of service and tasting. You'll get what you pay for, it's unique, cozy and mysterious and frankly it really changes. So yes it’s not for all budgets. But quality is worth it.

14/05/2024: We ate dinner there and it was a treat. Chef is obviously very creative and adventurous cause the dishes were interesting, full of flavor and colorful. We made a mistake and booked table for 2 at 9PM and by that time some main courses were already sold out, so next time we have to go earlier. Also, calamari carbonara does not include pasta. It is all fine cut calamari. Was amazing, but I can see people being surprised by it. We will be back. Thank you🙏🏻

30/04/2024: Delicious food and service. The steak tartare with Lemon cream was delicious. And also the avocado mouse with vanilla and chocolate.

27/05/2024: This place has amazing breakfast! The sourdough bread is perfect and the cappuccino is tasty!

26/05/2024: An absolutely wonderful brunch in a very calm and pleasant atmosphere, a very soft passing light which gives you the impression of eating on the terrace without all the outside hustle and bustle. And above all, impeccable service from Louis, a very kind, attentive and very funny waiter, who offered us an absolutely perfect lunch! I will return there very quickly and very often, excellent Parisian address not to be missed :)

22/03/2024: Very happy we stopped there to eat after leaving the theater. The staff were attentive, very welcoming and the quality homemade food was excellent value for money!

17/03/2024: Visit with friends on a Sunday lunchtime. Few tables occupied. Long, long, long service! More than an hour for the sadly ordinary burger. We gave up desserts and coffee so as not to add more. Noisy and service on par with the rest.

19/05/2024: My wife has several allergies, and Jose and the other staff members were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable. The owner also went out of his way to help my wife recover her jacket the next day before we caught a flight (even though the restaurant didn't open until later in the day.

19/05/2024: Upon arrival, we were thoroughly impressed with the beautiful dining space -spacious, filled with plants, tastefully designed - though the rest of our experience was sadly subpar. To start, the hostess was rather cold (almost inconvenienced to look up our reservation) and throughout our entire dinner, we were confused as to who was responsible for each aspect of the service. The gentlemen who took our orders was pleasant, but notably rushed, not taking the time to suggest menu items or explain what they were. Most disappointing was the complete lack of table service. Aside from getting our meals in a timely manner, they were repeatedly given to the wrong person. Nobody acquainted us with the specifics of the dishes we ordered. And sadly, we had to pour our own wine - not a single server stopped at any point to check in on us, refill our glasses or even ask if we wanted coffee with dessert. Given that the space was far from full, there is no excuse for giving such a low quality of service. The food, though warm and properly cooked, was nothing special. I’ve had better experiences at crowded brasseries here, serving better food with even better hospitality. Not worth the stars it has on Google, and I will not be coming here again (or recommend it to any of my friends)

01/06/2024: Food was good / okay-ish; above all, its value for money could be higher. Found that also to be true when it came to the wine: 4-5x multiple seems a little bit of a stretch. Service could be improved. Didn’t always felt welcomed, in addition to some minor albeit unnecessary mistakes. One example? When asked for a carafe d’eau a second time, we got as an answer we would have to wait for one to become available/free... Since we are not talking about a laidback canteen but a >60 euros per person restaurant, not sure that’s completely acceptable. Also, didn’t appreciate being asked to wait outside until our table was ready; I understand there is not a lot of place, which is also a choice, but there must be a more accommodating and comfortable way of handing situations like this when the weather is not great. Overall, an okay experience at a somewhat touristic restaurant to which we won’t be coming back.

01/06/2024: Our waiter Achille was the best! My fiance had the tortellini and I had the duck breast and both were prepared perfectly. An absolutely perfect vibe and intimate spot next to the lourve and had great cocktails as well. All of the food was very reasonably priced as well. Will be coming back!

31/05/2024: We went to this bistro on Thursday evening. We had a portion of escargot, a steak with chips, a veggie burger and two desserts. The meat was really excellent, the profiteroles with nougat ice cream were really delicious. We paid €52 for two. I will definitely return. Advised

28/05/2024: It's really overrated by china little red books. The price itself is cheap, but the food are just like fast food stores, nothing really special. I order a snail its just okay, and then a duck conflict with some potatoes and salad, the skin is not crispy and the meat is not good at all. Surrounding me have a lot of Chinese, i think they come because reading the article from little red books. For me the food and service is just a fast food store. Not worth to go purposely.

26/05/2024: So many cheeses to choose from at this Japanese style fromagerie but we went with their best seller the yuzu chèvre and it was amazing. Light and full of citrusy flavour. Highly recommend

15/05/2024: I visited on my last day in Paris. You can buy cheese at underground department stores, but I honestly didn't know what to buy, so I came here. Although it is a small store, it has a nice atmosphere and has a wide selection of cheeses. I bought Conte. It is said to be a popular standard among French people. Prices vary depending on the degree of ripeness, but I chose the cheaper one as I thought it would be sufficient. I took it home and it was really delicious with lots of umami. This was enough for me. At the owner's good recommendation, I also purchased two pieces of aged butter. Since it wasn't summer, I had it vacuum packed, so I was able to take it home safely. The minimum sales unit for Comte cheese is 300G, so it's difficult to sell a lot of things one by one. The unit price is cheaper than buying it in Japan, but I've never bought Comte cheese in Japan in the first place lol.

08/05/2024: Verjus is one of the best meals we had in Paris. The vibes are very cozy and rustic. The food was exceptional and fresh from their garden. Definitely worth a stop.

05/05/2024: The value here alone is worth a visit, but I’ll gush a bit anyway! Friendly service in an elevated but not stuffy dining space makes the food (and wine pairing) somehow taste better. That’s not to say the food is lacking; on the contrary, each course was more exquisite than the last. Good sized portions left us feeling satisfied when we left (but not overly stuffed). I’d recommend this dining experience to anyone living in or visiting Paris looking for a fairly priced, high quality tasting menu.

24/05/2024: Our favorite Tea house in Paris. We probably visited this place 6+ times in our 6 weeks. Fantastic staff. Very attentive. the Tea and pastries and french toast are so delectable. Its located accross the street from Vivienne Westwood clothing store. Dame Vivienne Isabel Westwood DBE RDI was a British fashion designer and businesswoman, largely responsible for bringing modern punk and new wave fashions into the mainstream. So I have been told. Go get some great Tea from here and enjoy the simplistic atmosphere.
