31/03/2024: Very good neighborhood bistro - one of the few in the area. Always very busy at lunchtime - better book. Professional service. Very good daily special with good value for money. A la carte dishes and wines by the glass are rather expensive, however. Choice of desserts limited but quality desserts (thousand leaves 🔥)

03/04/2024: We had dinner at Dessance a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience overall. It is a beautifully designed, intimate space with only a couple of tables and unlike in other restaurants in the Marais, you don't (literally) rub elbows with your neighbors.
Culinarily, there is a bit of room to grow left - the six course vegetarian menu is delicious (and quite a bargain at 69 EUR p.p.) but we felt it was a bit of a shame to start with something fried. The consistency of the celery ravioli also wasn't our cup of tea but these things aside, we were very happy with our meal.
Service was outstanding, as is the concept of drinks-upon-recommendation. The pairing I had was spot-on.

04/04/2024: Had 2 terrific dinners this week at Sacre Frenchy. Excellent food, drinks and service. Very comfortable ambiance. Not a problem that my fremch lamguage skills are dismal. Thank you Lilo and the staff for the terrific hospitality.

05/04/2024: Just the perfect place to have a bottle of wine and a planche mixte. The service is amazing and well organized. Great terrass (arrive early if you dont want to wait a bit) but the ambience inside is comfortable and with great music.

Its the 7th time I come and I always feels like making more reviews they are so organized amzing tapas and such a good service giving the circunstances! Best place to have a bottle of wine in Paris. Number 1 wine place.
30/03/2024: Relaxed wine bar. Buy a bottle of wine and drink it in the store, great 👍 very nice staff.

30/03/2024: Absolutely loved(!!) this restaurant. Saw it “accidentally” while running errands. The whole experience was top notch: from the veggie soup for starters to the main dish (meatballs, bulgur and veg) and even the mint tea. As it was 3pm when I arrived, I was the only one there and had an amazing lengthy conversation with the owner, who’s a darling. 100% recommended!

Everything is of high quality, especially the meat (the specialty), which is truly excellent. Kindness, efficiency, tempo of service. Very good wines and in particular biodynamic wines. I highly recommend!

06/04/2024: I went there with my little brother. The atmosphere was great and the waitress was really nice. The snacks are very good and the vegetarian options are a huge plus. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of the space and the diversity of games available.

05/04/2024: Great mixture of locals and tourists at this very friendly cafe. They do a lunch special which is great value. Classic French dishes that seem simple but yet so full of flavour.

05/04/2024: Best café in the neighborhood. Great French food, the service is probably the friendliest in Paris, you can feel that the owner does everything to make it into the best place possible . Go get your coffee there in the morning if you want a real Parisian experience.
19/03/2024: My my my ! How good and cheap it was! Parmesan cream shells or low-temperature chicken and homemade mash... for an unbeatable price in such a beautiful area. We loved the Cantal onion soup and WOW WOW WOW the cheesecake!!! But what a recipe! I don't usually like cheesecake, but when you put a speculoos biscuit underneath, a little lemon and a red fruit coulis... it gives a very balanced, light and exquisite mixture.
Thank you to the cooks for their talent, to the waiters for their kindness, and to the designers for the atmosphere and the beautiful place.
I'll be back !

24/03/2024: We were very lucky to just walk in on Friday evening and get the last free table. Everything was good, but that Mont Blanc (ordered from curiosity, never had it before) was a revelation!
24/03/2024: One of my favourite places in Paris. A family run restaurant that delivers with homey and tasty dishes that are classics and just very well done. Their pomme dauphine are out of this world. Needed to order an extra plate..
It can get very busy but the service is always friendly and attentive.
