29/03/2024: I am not pleased at all about this so called ‘café’. I just sat there for 25 minutes before he bothered to ask me whether I wanted something. I asked for a beer and he said no. I asked for white wine or coffee and the answer was: no you need to order something to eat. I pointed out that the French speaking lady in front of me just finished her coffee but was ignored completely. There were three open tables on the terrace, it’s not like there was a queue waiting to eat at your place… It’s 13u35 if I want a DRINK in a CAFE, I believe I shouldn’t be denied service if it’s only for refreshments and not for food. A message delivered in a super rude manner by the way. I know you are busy but come on man, a bit of respect for a customer that was willing to pay for a drink… but no. Now I still see the table I was sitting at and it’s empty. The time to could have served me a drink and made some money the table remained unused so not that economical is it? Hope you don’t treat all tourists like this, only being interested when large food orders are coming in. Won’t set a foot here again. Ok, your reply is: Sorry ma'am for the lack of understanding but the table was already reserved for 3 customers waiting for lunch waiting at the bar with an aperitif...plus I explained it to you well. See you soon maybe. My reply to that is: First of all, you didn't explain anything to me. You didn't even come up to my table. You were removing the glasses from another table and shouted at me while passing my table whether I wanted something. I didn't even see the front of your face... So no you didn't explain anything. Second of all, I was sitting at a small table with two chairs. No way that you could have seated three people on that table. I believe the table was 50 cm on 50 cm wide and large. If you would seat customers there with three plates, without pushing tables together, I wish them good luck. And if you were to push some tables together in order to make an eating area for three people I would have appreciated an explanation instead of you shouting at my from your back without facing me. And even so, it was sunny: why weren't they having an aperitif in the sun on your terrace instead of inside? I passed by 20 minutes before I came to your establishment and even then all of those tables were free. If you knew that those customers would be having aperitif inside, I would have reserved the tables or put something on there. And even so, if I would have said I was willing to eat something, you were more than happy to let me sit at that table so no. Not buying it. Goodbye.

15/04/2024: If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the ideal place. The cuisine is certainly very good, however its prices are somewhat overestimated, as is the wine list.

13/03/2024: Very good restaurant for lunch, the dishes are diverse and above all, the plates are well filled! This place is also very nice in the evening for afterwork I recommend !

22/01/2024: Working in the neighborhood, this is the store I go to most often: the staff welcomes you with good humor and the products are good, fresh and well stocked (wraps for me). I highly recommend !

22/03/2024: Magnifique restaurant !!ambiance cosy au sein de l’hôtel San Regis accueil au top , service aux petits soins, menu excellent , plats de qualité avec une très belle présentation bref que du bonheur ce déjeuner avec nos amis je recommande vivement ce restaurant de plus 45€ pour entrée plat dessert !!

28/04/2024: Magnificent, a pleasure, a moment of sweetness and surprises. Only happiness on the plate, for the eyes and even more for the taste buds. Of course you have to love fish 😉. I highly recommend the sea bream carpacio.

03/04/2024: Very nice restaurant, I really liked the atmosphere, the staff is great and the dishes are delicious. They even have gluten-free bread and are very attentive to food intolerances, I was super happy. I thank Chanelle who made us very welcome. I recommend this restaurant.

01/05/2024: Very warm welcome in this restaurant with particularly generous and tasty cuisine. Ideally located right next to Saint-Lazare, we had lunch there as a family (2 adults and 2 children) while waiting for our train. We tried the burgers, the Comté shellette gratin and the honey roasted chicken (personally I had a hard time choosing because many of the dishes sounded good to me 🤣!). Everything was very good. And the welcome was truly exceptional. We will return.

28/04/2024: Place that we visited regularly before the change of management. We went there mainly for the welcome because the food was nothing exceptional in our eyes. But since then, all our attempts have disappointed us, especially the reception which is not at all there. Despite everything, it remains a place with a pleasant atmosphere with friendly customers.

13/03/2024: A typically Parisian place. Local cuisine run by master hands. Excellent wines by the glass and very reasonable prices for the quality. Room and bar service, everything is there for an excellent meal.

22/02/2024: Dommage qu’il y ait des travaux dans la partie bar car lorsque l’on déjeune à l’hotel de sers on cherche une certaine tranquillité apportée par le cadre un service de qualité mais pas par des bruits de perceuses. J’apprécie la décoration du lieu et son confort malgré tout j’y retournerai quand les travaux seront terminés
