14/03/2026: Saturday night, peak time... a shame because the dishes were only lukewarm. They forgot extra toppings twice, and we had to send one back because it wasn't cooked enough. As for the service... what can I say? They're overwhelmed, and we felt like we were bothering them.
Otherwise, it was still good, but it would have been much better if it had been hot.

Behind the unassuming facade of the "Bouche B" restaurant, you'd never guess that such refined cuisine, meticulously prepared and passionately enhanced, lies hidden. During our first visit to the neighborhood, we were delighted with our evening. This restaurant knows perfectly well how to conceal its little gourmet secrets!
25/03/2026: As a regular customer, I was very disappointed today. The dish I ordered was not what I expected. There was no compensation offered, even though I didn't eat the product due to the error. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to ask for the dish to be remade. I was disappointed, despite it being a very good restaurant.

14/03/2026: Perfect from start to finish. The staff were very pleasant and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it.
13/03/2026: As always, perfect. Pleasant staff, good and well-prepared food. Cozy atmosphere.
If I could offer one small criticism, the aperitif was served with only olives, which was a shame for those who don't like them... I can't wait to go back.

20/02/2026: A very cute, very good, and inexpensive restaurant. We ate very well, with a large portion of fries, but otherwise excellent.

14/03/2026: We arrived at 8:30 PM, it's now 10 PM and we still haven't been served; other people who arrived after us have already been served.

Fast and generous service.
The staff is professional.
This brasserie is located in the Auchan shopping center, with parking available nearby.
The prices are quite reasonable for a good meal.

06/03/2026: We've been going to this place for 10 years, and it's such a shame the music is always the same... it's like a record playing.
So much potential, so many current hits they could play, but you can't even dance to them because they're practically nonexistent.
"On va s'aimer," "Free from Désir"—it's all been done to death... please, change the music, not just the playlist.

I stayed two nights at the Campanile Sud Aubière in Clermont-Ferrand. I had requested a double bed but ended up with two single beds. I went back to reception, and the person there was very professional and changed my room.
I feel the quality has declined compared to my previous impression of the Campanile brand. The room is outdated, the TV only works on a few channels, and the breakfast isn't very substantial; for example, there's no fruit.
The price doesn't reflect the quality of the service, but this doesn't detract from the staff's friendliness.

17/01/2026: Early in the morning, the cleaning staff entered the room without waiting for our permission (at 8 a.m., if you hadn't already realized you needed to leave...). The hotel service was deplorable, both in terms of cleanliness (shower grout, bed) and hospitality: a simple hello or goodbye is inexpensive and professional! A doorbell at reception would also be a worthwhile investment, or even just a brief note to explain why you're waiting for over 15 minutes with no one at reception. At this price, and given the quality of service, you're better off going across the street...

05/09/2024: Ici il y a une vraie volonté d accords.... accords entre les mets et vins , accords entre accueil et ambiance , dans un compromis parfait de produits de qualités . L'équipe sait de quoi elle parle , sans nous perdre dans une fioriture de présentations ou de paraphrases en tout genre, quand on a faim on repart du clos viino bien calé et même si la faim est moindre elle vient en grandissant dès l'arrivée du premier plat.
L'établissement est une bulle de passion , où règne une volonté de rendre la qualité accessible , où l'équipe répond à vos besoins sans pousser à la surconsommation. En fait il suffit de se laisser guider et surtout de déguster. La pause déjeuner devient alors une vraie parenthèse dans le temps . C'est une table à la fois sobre mais recherchée, et c'est aussi une cave où l'on flâne en decouvrant de belles bouteilles sans mauvaises surprises qui ont été sélectionnées avec soins, preuve ici qu'on peut se faire plaisir sans se ruiner et vite revenir !
Un grand merci à Patrick et à toute son équipe.

19/10/2024: Brasserie très agréable, avec un accueil chaleureux, des prix raisonnables, une cuisine avec des produits frais, locaux et des plats maisons, des desserts succulents réalisés par le pâtissier de la brasserie
Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous souhaitez manger de bons plats à des prix accessibles servis avec le sourire :)
24/09/2024: Resto très bruyant sans aucune insonorisation, musique beaucoup trop forte. Le choix des plats, y a pas, y a pas, y a pas ... comme seule réponse donc aligot saucisse obligatoire, le tout plein d'huile avec une saucisse pas cuite ! Une serveuse débordée qui fait ce qu'elle peut, les autres...
Le tout pour une note salée
On ne nous y prendra plus
