Update to my review above after our visit on September 17, 2026. Two unpleasant people who judged the customers. I think there are better ways to speak to customers.
Anyway, I think there were some hiring mistakes.
17/09/2026: The waitress was very pleasant. The food was very good. The only slight drawback was the very acidic red berry panna cotta.
Overall, very good.

02/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal; the kebabs were excellent, everything homemade, and there was a lovely little menu. A warm welcome and children were welcome, which is becoming rare. Thank you!

18/06/2026: Very responsive service, no waiting, excellent daily menu. The terrace atmosphere with its misting system was lovely, and our little dog was able to join us.

22/08/2026: A fantastic experience at Chez le Brasseur! We ate very well; the dishes were truly delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The flammekueches were excellent 😍. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for the quality offered. A pleasant place with greenery, trees, and a cool atmosphere. I highly recommend it; we'll gladly return!

The food is very good and plentiful!
06/07/2026: One drawback regarding the service: We opted for the set menu. When dessert arrived, the waitress brought the menu without any explanation. It turned out that not all desserts were included. The bill was a surprise.

23/08/2026: The place has changed drastically for the worse. There's no atmosphere, the staff is unpleasant, the desserts are mass-produced with only two choices on the menu and poor-quality ingredients... it's a shame, Furco used to be a really nice place. On top of that, we were asked to leave outside in the cold because they claimed the indoor dining area was never open – news to me! I think this was just a way for them to avoid cleaning the dining area since there weren't enough customers, according to them.
23/08/2026: Disappointed by the unfriendly staff.
The place has really changed compared to what it was a few years ago, which is a real shame.

15/05/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to Tiphaine at reception who calmly, patiently, logically, with a smile and a touch of humor, managed the disorganization of a group of nearly 80 people for several nights in a row, ensuring everyone had a room to sleep in safely. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated great compassion.
The hotel is close to the Zenith concert hall, the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints whatsoever :)
14/05/2026: A very attentive team. Pets are welcome, even in the restaurant. Breakfast features quality local products. Well done!

19/10/2024: Brasserie très agréable, avec un accueil chaleureux, des prix raisonnables, une cuisine avec des produits frais, locaux et des plats maisons, des desserts succulents réalisés par le pâtissier de la brasserie
Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous souhaitez manger de bons plats à des prix accessibles servis avec le sourire :)
24/09/2024: Resto très bruyant sans aucune insonorisation, musique beaucoup trop forte. Le choix des plats, y a pas, y a pas, y a pas ... comme seule réponse donc aligot saucisse obligatoire, le tout plein d'huile avec une saucisse pas cuite ! Une serveuse débordée qui fait ce qu'elle peut, les autres...
Le tout pour une note salée
On ne nous y prendra plus
