17/06/2026: I went to this restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand, and it was a complete disappointment. I simply asked for a change to my order, and I was served a completely different dish. The service was rushed, the food was cold, and I paid a hefty price for absolutely no effort. I won't be going back.

16/05/2026: We stopped for a drink, but the experience was disappointing. The blackcurrant diabolo was clearly flat, and the crêpe was barely warmed, obviously not made to order. The most unpleasant aspect was the service: we had only been chatting for about twenty minutes when we were abruptly interrupted to be asked if we intended to pay in cash or by card. This rather inappropriate attitude gave the impression that they were eager to clear the table as quickly as possible… even though it was empty. It's a shame, because these kinds of details completely ruined the experience.

27/06/2026: Servers with no smiles, seemingly bothered by even the smallest request. Everything seemed to bore them. After one drink, we left. Very poor service and absolutely no customer care. I recommend never going there.

26/06/2026: Music blasting, almost deafening. Drinks? If you like crushed ice, this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs.

15/05/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to Tiphaine at reception who calmly, patiently, logically, with a smile and a touch of humor, managed the disorganization of a group of nearly 80 people for several nights in a row, ensuring everyone had a room to sleep in safely. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated great compassion. The hotel is close to the Zenith concert hall, the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints whatsoever :)
