18/03/2026: A very nice atmosphere, a simple but high-quality menu!

16/03/2026: A uniquely decorated establishment. We've always been warmly welcomed, even with a dog and a stroller. We've come for dinner and drinks in the afternoon. The waiters/waitresses are very friendly and efficient.

20/02/2026: In a setting that captures the spirit of the times, our family received a very warm welcome. The family room was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, and the pool access was pleasant.

04/01/2026: A very well-located hotel in La Bourboule, a top-quality gourmet restaurant, an indoor pool – these are exactly the amenities one would expect from such an establishment! Here, everything is there: the welcome, the quality, the comfort, and the excellent value for money. Bravo! I highly recommend it.

12/03/2026: Arriving in March, we were "forced" to eat outside even though the weather wasn't great. We insisted on being inside, and they told us, "Do what you want!" (There was no one there, it was 12:30 pm). We sat down inside and overheard the waiter and the owner in the kitchen talking about us and the fact that we hadn't wanted to sit outside (in the wind). Quite the atmosphere! The food was good, but nothing special for the price. The service was mediocre (they cleared our plates while we were still finishing them). We felt like we were intruding, especially at 1:50 pm when they brought us the bill (even though we hadn't asked for it), card reader in hand, asking, "How would you like to pay?" The implication was clear: it was almost 2 pm, time to leave. We all work in the restaurant industry, and it would never occur to us to treat our customers like that. A bad experience at this establishment.

22/03/2026: Hello, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, I came to your restaurant with my wife and son. We had a very good meal and the setting was pleasant. At the end of the meal, being rather rushed, I paid the bill of €78.90 in cash at the counter. I put the receipt away without checking the accuracy of the charge. On March 10, upon returning home, I checked my bill and noticed that I had been charged extra for what we had consumed: one fromage blanc, one tarte tatin, and two coffees, totaling €20.00. I don't know if this billing error was intentional or not, but I have questions about the table management. The table we occupied was number 17. The waitress was a blonde woman wearing a white blouse, jeans, and brown boots. I should mention that I called you several times, but my calls never went through. I also left you a... I left a message on your answering machine, but to date I have received no response. I also sent you my complaint by email through the Yellow Pages, but again, I have received no reply. Please note that I live 400 kilometers from your establishment, and you will understand that I cannot travel there to dispute this charge. Sincerely, Gérard Robert

17/03/2026: Good value for money. Good meal. Excellent service, no need to ask for a carafe of water or bread. Lovely place, great atmosphere. An address to remember and share without hesitation.
