08/11/2025: Wow! We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant and it was… absolutely flawless, from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours! The five-course dinner was truly exceptional. Beautiful ingredients, indescribable flavors, dishes truly worthy of a Michelin star! Special mention to the vegetable starter and the scallop dish 🤤 Thank you again and congratulations to the chef and the team who gave us a truly timeless experience in a friendly setting in the Basque Country 🫶

11/10/2025: Very nice hotel! Very well located! The staff is more than pleasant and very professional!! The €92 discovery menu with wine pairings is sublime! We had an unforgettable time as a couple! The room is very comfortable with a sublime view of the Basque countryside. The breakfast products (bread, baguette, cheese, eggs) you can tell they come from nearby or from their own farms! The only downside (if you're a bit annoying) is that the breakfast is quite limited, but I think this is explained by the exceptional quality of the products, and the "automatic" coffee machine which somewhat cuts off interaction with the staff! But thank you a thousand times for this sublime stay!
