20/01/2026: An absolute top recommendation! Superb hospitality and outstanding, personalized service in all areas. Modern Basque ambiance. Quiet location on the edge of the picturesque village, with numerous impressive hikes accessible both directly from the hotel and within easy driving distance. The Atlantic coast (St.-Jean-de-Luz!) is also reachable in about 30-40 minutes. Large pool. Excellent cuisine (vegetarian menus with fish instead of meat are available; purely vegetarian or vegan options are difficult).

20/04/2026: Finally, a Michelin-starred restaurant where we absolutely didn't regret our reservation! We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's tasting menu!
The welcome and the tasting menu were exceptional.
This restaurant deserves 3 stars.

19/04/2026: This gourmet restaurant is excellent. We had the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was impeccable, the welcome very pleasant, and the food a delight. The desserts were divine.
I highly recommend this restaurant. You can also enjoy the bistro side of the restaurant.
In addition, you can visit the beautiful village of Ainhoa.

30/04/2026: The servers were very friendly, the burger was excellent with its fries, and the little jar of Espelette pepper really added something special. Okay, €8 for cheese was a bit pricey, but otherwise, it was great.
