The place is nice and pleasant, although perhaps I would change the blue light for a warmer one and more space to sit comfortably. The rest is perfect, the price is worth it. There is a short and long menu option with or without wine, at least on special days like today.

One of them, vegetarian, asks what the vegetarian dish is, she was told fish, when we point out to the waiter that the fish is not vegetarian, he tells us yes, we ask him if it is possible to make a dish without meat or fish, he told us that the cooks don't have to do just that, our uncomfortable friend ended up taking two cold starters and a plate of fries, which wasn't even served, we point out to him that there is vegetarian written on the internet that this is the reason why we chose this restaurant otherwise we would have booked elsewhere, he loses his temper and tells us that we only have from its restaurant, unfortunately on a Saturday evening at 9:15 p.m. for 8 people, we didn't have much choice, we stayed and we regretted it. An exorbitant price for the quality of basic dishes. As for the service apart from when a young man served us it was execrable. It wasn't our surprise when at the time of the bill, we were told a plate of fries, a duck breast and two extra glasses, luckily we checked. Later in the evening two of our friends threw up their meals while I had diarrhea. If you're wondering how to ruin a birthday party, make a reservation at this restaurant

We were reprimanded like children for letting our dog get on the seat, I would point out that our dog did not approach the table. A few weeks ago, while drinking coffee, I was also reprimanded for putting my dog ​​on my lap. We are told that this ban is "old" and that it is marked everywhere in the restaurant, which is FALSE, otherwise we would not have done this. I've been going to Crescendo for 10 years and until RECENTLY it hasn't caused any problems. Maybe if we weren't lied to and we were treated with respect, I would have just been disappointed but given the context, you won't see me at your place again, neither for a meal, nor for a coffee. Furthermore, you talk about a cleanliness problem but when I sometimes see the state of cleanliness of your glasses and I'm not talking about the poorly cooked fries that we were served yesterday... I dare to hope that if my comment is answered , it will be with an honest answer and an apology for the way things went. Response to Crescendo's response: the house policy was not well understood because there was no policy, you could bring your dog, that's all we knew. Until now, you could take your dog on your lap or place it on the bench without having any comments from the staff. Then a new person arrived, they recognized themselves, and that’s when your policy changed. Moreover, this policy is not constant because even after the arrival of this news, we had only been brought into line once, then nothing more until this lunch. If you want to let the staff play boss, that's up to you, but you lose customers who were loyal.

02/04/2024: From the choice of starter, hot main course even grilled, unlimited vegetables and desserts I enjoyed myself I had a brownie. Everything was good, the meat tender. I highly recommend 👍
