14/06/2026: We had a wonderful stay at La Villa Duflot and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with lovely facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. However, what impressed us most was the exceptional service from the staff. During dinner at the hotel restaurant, I suddenly felt unwell and became very dizzy. A member of the restaurant team immediately noticed that something was wrong and quickly brought me a cold towel and helped me feel comfortable while I recovered. His kindness, attentiveness and professionalism made a huge difference in that moment, and I am very grateful for the care he showed. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive. It is clear that guest wellbeing is a priority here. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily return in the future.

18/08/2026: We arrived at 12:45 PM; it wasn't very busy. We ordered trays, but there were no trolleys available, nor were we provided with forks. The salad bar had very few choices and in very small portions. The appetizers were cold, practically nothing, so there was no choice. We took drinks from the fridge, and they weren't cold. At the register, there was only one person ahead of us, but we waited 10 minutes because the cashier couldn't process our payment. We placed our order, paid, and sat down. The appetizer we ordered wasn't cold (it was too warm). We went to get our main courses: a hamburger, grilled chipolatas, and pasta with Spanish sauce. We handed over all three receipts at the same time. They cooked the hamburger but not the chipolatas at the same time, so we barely ate at the same time. They were out of fries; we waited 10 minutes before they were restocked. As for the pasta, there wasn't too long a wait, but I was told they were out of grated cheese. So I made do, I had no choice. I ordered a crumble for dessert for one person, and like everything else, it wasn't fresh enough. It was so hot in the cafeteria. So we ate very quickly and didn't even go to get ice cream for the other two people as planned.

18/08/2026: The service is very poorly organized, there's a long wait, the food is undercooked, the staff is inadequate (which is a shame), and the pepper sauce (or rather, salt sauce) is inedible 🤬 not to mention the rest... avoid at all costs

18/08/2026: Excellent value for money. Great atmosphere, impeccable service, the cod was perfect. First time here, and a great choice. We'll be back.

13/06/2026: The food was good. The sauces were very nice. However, it often lacked that little something extra to make it truly excellent. The service was impeccable and the waiter very friendly. A bit pricey though.
