28/01/2026: I'm ashamed. I booked a table in September for Valentine's Day, knowing it's a very popular date.
I received a simple text message informing me of the cancellation of my reservation two weeks before the big day. It's impossible to contact anyone.
15/01/2026: The experience could have been better with more attention to detail in the service: The appetizer was served at the same time as the cocktails, the wine and bread were forgotten, the side dishes were served lukewarm (and sent back to the kitchen), and no one asked about our satisfaction upon leaving.
For a place that aims to be premium and charges premium prices, this is very disappointing. The meats and wines served were delicious, no complaints there. The side dishes were a bit basic, more like something you'd find in a brasserie.

Everything is fresh and local, cooked with passion and inventiveness. It's a delight every time. The beautiful presentation is simply a symphony of vegetarian flavors, and yet I'm not a vegetarian!
My food allergy is never a problem for Nelly, who is lovely and always goes out of her way to make sure I enjoy my meal. As an added bonus, the music playing is a treat for the ears 👂

20/08/2025: 25 min by bike to eat here but restaurant closed even though it was advertised as open on Google, no message on the website or in the messaging system, I'm disgusted

03/11/2025: Perfect for a snack, but they're missing the essential decaf coffee to serve with the pastries at 4 pm. Not everyone can drink tea. The restoration of Raoul Dufy's fresco is magnificent. Bravo to the artists ♥ and thank you to the café owner for the decaf 🙏🏽

08/12/2025: We came for the Christmas lights. We were very surprised by the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff, especially considering the negative reviews. We ate well, and the prices weren't excessive. The fries were delicious. And of course, the food next door was great too.
07/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic! On music nights, we were greeted with a smile. The food arrived very quickly, and to top it all off, it was delicious!
The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great.
I highly recommend it!

31/01/2026: Definitely one of the worst places in Croix-Rousse. Two disastrous experiences here. We definitely do not recommend this place.
09/11/2025: The fries were good, but the service was unprofessional; they were just thrown on the table. The drinks weren't great. The salt shakers weren't cleaned.

Extremely poor quality beer for an excessive price, (meteor beer). The place pretends to be Pseudo punk but place run by dubious people, who think of making money without real value. I don't recommend it if you're looking for an alternative bar in Lyon.
13/12/2024: Very good value for money for a late dinner after a show, a stone's throw from the city hall metro station.

26/09/2024: We came with my godson in mid-August. Nothing to complain about the service and the friendliness of the waiter who was great! Pleasant and smiling. However, despite a tempting menu, the waffle was disappointing. The sauce and the waffle were cold and the salad very damaged. Damage.

17/09/2024: An authentic Lyonnais cork, copious and quality dishes (beef cheek, brains), welcome and efficient service, very good value for money, parking at the town hall car park 5 minutes away.

22/09/2024: Excellent table, limited menu of perfectly executed dishes, careful presentation. A very good mastery from starter to dessert, the recipes are spiced up with aromatics in just the right quantity, very tasty, very fresh. A cuisine with an obvious personality, which is a pleasure to taste. The 3-course menu is superb in its quality/price ratio. Very nice wine list, selective and a bit too expensive for some bottles, but we were well advised and the Burgundy was really delicious.
The setting is cozy, warm, elegantly decorated. Friendly and impeccable service.
A restaurant often recommended, and it is completely deserved.

A faire impérativement lors d'une visite de Lyon
04/09/2024: Un pequeño lugar escondido en una calle estrecha. La preparación y presentación de los alimentos fue excepcional. El pato fue servido con una salsa de naranja, pero no fue la salsa demasiado dulce que he tenido antes. Maravilloso sabor único. El pescado fue asado a la perfección. Buena selección de vinos a precios decentes (para un restaurante). El servicio fue fantástico. Recomiendo encarecidamente buscar este lugar.
