Very good wine (food and wine pairings taken) Restaurant very well located for strolling a little before and/or after in Lyon and magnificent restaurant with its decoration. I really liked the wine cellar that you can see from the street. Well done !

We had a wonderful time at l'Etage, with its atypical, warm and very pleasant setting (few tables which made the moment even more unique). The dishes are all tastier (and more beautiful) than the others, always with explanations and anecdotes from the chef, who transmits his passion. THANKS !

17/03/2024: Great time in this restaurant. A first with a good table (8 people), everyone had a great time. The dishes were delicious with good portions. Beyond the quality of the dishes, the presentation is beautiful. As for the service....excellent! I will come back with pleasure, I recommend!! And then....what a pleasure to have a 100 plant-based menu in addition to being of quality and delicious 🫶🏻

01/04/2024: I was struck by the refined and inventive cuisine of Carré Royal. This impression was confirmed during our second visit. The chef highlights beautiful products, the plate is superb. Excellent cheeses and very fine desserts. A beautiful wine list and wise advice: the owners have selected the wines carefully and know how to talk about them.
The welcome is warm, as is the setting.
A very nice address in Lyon to absolutely discover!

A true institution, either once a year on a pilgrimage from Geneva as a team... or with friends or family... we come home exhausted, sit down, then forget everything, and come out reinvigorated from this magical place! The food was simply outstanding – from the starters to the desserts, every bite was a treat for the senses. However, what really made our evening incomparable were our waiter's golden tips. With impressive expertise and a feeling for our tastes, he recommended dishes that enriched our evening. It is rare to encounter service that is so attentive and personal. We will be back definitely.
