03/07/2026: We had a delicious breakfast at Le Dandelion. The food was high quality and very fresh. We had omelets presented on a plate with some herbs, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, and freshly baked pastries. The matcha latte was made with good quality matcha. The staff is friendly and the service was perfect. We went back a few times during our stay in Lyon.

The selection of varied, original, and delicious dishes was excellent. The wines were superb. Bravo and thank you to the owner and the entire team! We will gladly return.

14/08/2026: It is an amazing experience. Owner personally explained where the ingredients coming from in this region. We tried the Region's variety of Cheese and Sausages. The goat cheese was very delicious. We also try the Cidre de Normandie Le Pere Jules and Red Wine 3 eme ligne.

01/08/2026: Impeccable service, very pleasant waiter, but a terrible disappointment in terms of taste. There was no balance of flavors (the vinegar was poorly executed), and the dessert was extremely bitter, barely edible. I'll go back after checking if the chef is on vacation or in the kitchen, but tonight, it was unacceptable that a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) would send out dishes so poorly executed. It deserves another try outside of holiday periods.

The flavors complement each other with precision and creativity. The menus are intelligently designed, showcasing high-quality ingredients, treated with care at every stage. From appetizer to dessert, the cooking is impeccable, demonstrating true expertise. A big thank you also to the service, which was welcoming and warm. The staff takes the time to explain the dishes, sometimes surprising, but always delicious. A culinary experience as enjoyable as it is memorable!
