The service is attentive, just the way it should be. 😊 The decor is a bit dated, but it adds to the charm of the place (some of the walls...are they moving?). It's also a little chilly.

The food was hearty and delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, in the purest tradition of a Lyonnais bouchon. The atmosphere was friendly and the time was very pleasant. Be sure to book ahead, it's a very popular spot—and it's easy to see why!

30/05/2025: Small, neighborhood counter café. The coffee is good quality and reasonably priced, at €1.70 for an espresso macchiato (hazelnut in France). The manager is very friendly and the service is courteous and fast. At lunch, there are only regulars in the establishment.

18/01/2026: On Saturday, January 17th, we reserved a table for five people at 8 p.m.
Luckily, the meal was, as usual, of very high quality.
When we made our reservation, we mentioned that it was our guest's birthday.
About half an hour before leaving, we mentioned it to the waitress, who had just served us dessert, but she simply told us she wasn't aware and couldn't do anything about it.
It's a real shame, because we wanted to surprise him, and it somewhat spoiled our evening.
In addition, it was rather difficult to get a smile out of this waitress.
Even though this restaurant is good, I'm not sure I'll go back.
18/01/2026: Always very good, both the food and the service, choose a time slot when there are fewer people, which was our case on a Sunday lunchtime.

The portions were very generous and made with fresh ingredients. The owner was extremely friendly and attentive. Many thanks to him for putting up with us. We highly recommend it.

01/10/2024: The Midi midnight brasserie in the Confluence district offers classic but quality cuisine. The service is fast, efficient and smiling. I was able to taste a beef tartare which was of excellent quality accompanied by fries. To avoid spoiling anything, the waiter offered us a free Shooter, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
