07/07/2026: I've finally decided to publish my review of this institution, the TrolleyBus. More than just a bar, more than just a run-of-the-mill dive, it's a refuge, a second home, a place that holds my best memories of being a Strasbourg student. Whatever the occasion, any reason is a good one to come to the Trolley with friends or family. Whether it's for a drink in the early evening or a round of shots at the end, just the two of you or a group of ten, there's something for everyone. And if you go alone, no problem, you might have the immense pleasure and honor of being in the company of a fantastic team, always smiling, pleasant, and professional. It's to this team, and especially to Fiona, Louann (and the dearly departed Mylène and Tom), that I dedicate this review. I hope to see you all again when I return to Strasbourg. Dedication also to my Trolley partners, Sami, Maël, Johnatan Nino as well as the whole Oenopo team (Tilio, Jeanne, Alix, Thomas) Hadrien Marius and all the people from Strasbourg.

13/06/2026: Historic bouchon in the city centre of Lyon. Very good place, I recommend it.

29/06/2026: Absolutely delicious! The pork belly is a real treat, as is the beef snout. The desserts are also wonderful! A must-try!

30/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The entire meal was delicious, and the service was exceptionally fast. The presentation of the dishes was meticulous and elegant. The most impressive moment was when the servers lifted the cloches: it truly left us speechless, the plates were so magnificent! The dining room and service were spotless. The servers were very friendly and pleasant. There was a wide selection of desserts, and, being a bit of a glutton, I was able to try several: everything was excellent! The dining rooms were also very well air-conditioned, which was particularly welcome during this heatwave. The only slight drawback was the lack of bag rests. Our bags and hats ended up on the floor under the chairs, which is a shame in an establishment of this caliber. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

25/06/2026: Just what we were looking for, rustic, nice food and charming staff! Ticked all the boxes for us. Food was good, service was excellent and we enjoyed our meal. We both had a good steak and frites!

15/06/2026: I was following Google maps directions to find the restaurant, I stopped there to check if I artived,and some of the staff were there outside, like 4 or 5 of them, one of them started looking at me even before I head towards the door, when I got closee to the entrance he intercepted me, I told him "Are you open?" (It was 19h45-20h and they were surely open, but I asked because the way they were standing was unprofessional and weird), so he said "No", then started mumbling saying Yes, then No again, his attitude was totally unprofessional, then he said :"You came to eat?" (Continuing his mocking attitude), so I left the place continuing to the next one : Bouchon Comptoir Brunet, who acted in a different manner but still the same outcome : not being able to eat there despite many empty tables, and for that I'll write what happened in their maps page. I got the impression that both restaurants didn't want to receive me, I was forced to assume that this is because I look from an ethnicity they don't like.

12/06/2026: Just arrived in Lyon and what a wonderful discovery! A warm welcome, a smiling and very professional team. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with care. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for discovering Lyon's gastronomy. A truly wonderful first experience in the city; I highly recommend it and will gladly return on my next visit to Lyon.

10/06/2026: How can I put it... the service is a disaster... it's like they couldn't care less about being there... And the meat is inedible... This place is going downhill...

09/06/2026: The restaurant had a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food wasn't good quality. A chicken Milanese cutlet that was re-prepared and defrosted cost €26. The same went for the burger. I won't be back.

21/03/2026: A wonderful discovery last night at L'Encart with our friends! The dishes were truly sublime, fresh, and generous, as were the desserts and the wine. The owner, who is very friendly and took the time to chat, offered us a digestif. We will definitely be back. Don't change a thing! Well done to the whole team.
