The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (considering the large group we were) :)) The daily specials were very tempting and delicious, at a very affordable price! A special mention for the cookie for dessert! :)) If the opportunity arises again, I will definitely return! :))

28/03/2026: Everything was sublime, especially the savory appetizers which were very, very good, and the servers were super friendly. The only downside was the noisy dining room, but that's part of the atmosphere.

27/03/2026: Bieristan is a unique place where you can eat, drink, and listen to 100% local music. The evening program is incredibly varied and free!! The whole team is warm and professional! I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: As soon as we stepped through the door, we found ourselves in the heart of a true Lyonnais bistro... checkered tablecloths, puppets on the walls, waiters in aprons, generous and convivial cuisine... authentic Lyonnais fare. The tripe dish was exceptional. Thank you for your warm welcome and for the delicious meal. See you very soon!

13/04/2026: Always excellent. A real pleasure every time. The profiteroles with pistachio ice cream are to die for. The Lyonnaise platter is also very good as a starter. The daily special is simple but delicious tripe. Whenever I can, I eat at this restaurant and I'm never disappointed. What's really great is that everyone mingles in this magical place, from bankers to house painters, dentists to electricians. It's definitely worth a visit. Reservations are recommended.

04/07/2025: Second time I've come, and second time it's the same... We waited 20 minutes for just an ice cream and a milkshake, having to ask the server again. The service is very, very slow! There's a real sense of a lack of organization and optimization in the service department. It's a shame because I would have really liked to try the food, but it makes you think. I hope it will be improved one day because it looks good!

02/07/2025: We had a charcuterie board mid-afternoon with a drink. A good point because we were able to eat something, but it was just a stopgap, so we weren't going there to enjoy a meal.

01/04/2026: It's so nice to eat at the sisters' apartment. The simple dishes are delicious, and everyone turns around and sees all the plates empty – a good sign...it's a great apartment, we're moving in! Haha

31/03/2026: Honestly, nothing special. The staff is friendly, which is a plus, but it doesn't make up for everything else. The goat cheese pastry at €9.30 is tiny (barely three bites). The pizza at €15.50 is small and frankly not great. And the slice of lemon/apple yogurt cake at €6.90 is very basic (my 8-year-old daughter makes the same ones at home). In short, being used to restaurants because of my job, I find the value for money disappointing. It's 30% too expensive for what it is and the portion sizes.
