Not always easy between two seasons. High-quality local products and a magnificently well-balanced wine list with a carefully chosen choice of winegrowers. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. A must-have!

02/04/2024: I have been coming to this establishment for several years. What happiness!!! The card is renewed often. The staff is gracious and the dishes are typical of the region. A very nice list of desserts and very pleasant tasting of local wines. This year, disappointed with the makeover of the building... Where is my Mâconnaise house with its grand staircase and gallery?? The warmth of the place is lost in the new rooms that open. Servers get lost in all these shared tables. The water jugs look really sad with all these limescale stains. I was a fan of this restaurant but the Mâconnaise soul is no longer there... Really a shame...
