Gilles recently completely renovated the restaurant and changed the concept. Now a warm, convivial space with classic Burgundian dishes updated for discerning palates. You can share dishes or order individually, everything we tried was fantastic! Special bonus: one of the only outstanding restaurants in the area that is open *Sunday* and *Monday* nights and offering service after 9pm. The only flaw is that it's not closer to my home!!

The tables set up at the entrance give the false impression of availability. We understand the difficulty of the profession but a smile, a comforting word or advice would have been welcome, especially for a food and human profession. The reception is not up to par with the place Damage....

17/03/2024: A very beautiful table, Fabien and Émilie run this establishment expertly. Fabien in the kitchen, flawless gourmet cuisine. Homemade cuisine with fresh, seasonal produce, returned from the market and from local producers. From appetizer to dessert including excellent bread, the chef will awaken your taste buds. Émilie welcomes you with a smile, will advise you on your choice of wines to accompany your meal, and will accompany you throughout the meal with kindness and professionalism. For less than €30 the daily menu, which changes every day according to the chef's inspiration and market, is a delight. A beautiful place that can accommodate around twenty guests, plan to book before going there. I highly recommend.

29/03/2024: We are lucky enough to spend a lot of time in the region and we enjoy trying the many restaurants in the area. Unfortunately this one will not be part of our “to do again” list, nothing to say about the kindness of the welcome and the service. On the other hand, charge 50€ for a menu which is worth 30€ if we compare with other restaurants in Fuissé, Solutre, Berze la ville which systematically charge prices lower than 40€ for superior quality. Regarding the decor, it's difficult to be more minimalist. Now when I read the other comments at 5/5 I tell myself that there is something for everyone and all the better if people are happy. On the other hand, a nice wine list.
