29/08/2023: Very nice discovery. While passing through this pretty area, we stopped at Grill Saint Laurent. Pleasant welcome. The feeling of being in a family establishment. The menu is not huge which is good and the products are quality.
On our menu, Entrecôte S with excellent taste and extra tenderness.
The home fries are also very good. For dessert, homemade Profiteroles. Dish + wine by the glass + coffee for a very correct addition. Excellent value.
We'll come back.
23/08/2023: I had an XL vegetarian salad as a main course, €17.50. Excessive! Indeed a dominant salad, feta, a few slices of tomatoes. The watermelon advertised was almost non-existent, as for the mint, let's not talk about it. A salad without culinary preparation, without meat or fish: at this price, we expect something else! Disappointment.
However, the restaurant room is pleasant, as well as the staff.

30/03/2024: We had a lovely evening at your hotel and restaurant. Every bite was a tasty surprise! Especially the pigeon was magnificent. Thanks to the chef and the whole team. 🇫🇷🙏´
25/02/2024: We stayed as a couple at the end of February.
Regarding the room:
Negative side: Small, no safe, no fridge, only one bottle of water (room temperature), very high temperature when we arrived, you can also hear the street.
Positive side: Comfortable bedding
Breakfast side:
Negative side: Expired orange juice, no plate available to refill, only one person to manage everything = table not cleared, lack of condiment and food, bacon much overcooked.
Positive side: There is a choice (pastries, savory, sweet, dessert (brownie, apple pie, lost brioche...) The person serving breakfast is very helpful and welcoming to our requests
In conclusion: Big disappointment for a 4 star (compared to our habits) and in view of the price paid (159 for one night + 2 breakfasts), a hotel that we will not recommend and where we will not go again.

No prices for aperitifs, wines, no dessert, no à la carte menu, no bread, etc, etc...
We were outside due to the sunny weather but the awning was broken, in full sun.
My wife arrived at the car and started to feel unwell.
We do not recommend it!!!
06/03/2024: Alright ! Very good value for money, all homemade. No complaints. Pleasant lunchtime with the family. 2 children and 2 adults €70 drinks included, we are pleasantly surprised

26/03/2024: This was the best meal I have eaten in three weeks in France, the starter was amazing, the steak with Roquefort sauce was excellent and the crème brulee and the panna cotta were a dream thanks to the chef and the very friendly waiter
23/03/2024: I was absolutely won over by this place. The staff happens to be very friendly and pleasant not to mention the dishes served. I only remember positive things from this experience in Chalon-sur-Saône, thank you very much!

24/02/2024: I called this morning to book for Tuesday, and the gentleman as friendly as a prison door ended up hanging up on me, no thanks, no good day, no see you Tuesday!! only, yes, for when? How much? if we bother you, you have to change jobs!!! I called him back to cancel because this behavior is abused, I explained to him that his rude laxity made us not want to go, his response was: ok. I understand them better. other negative opinions on this restaurant, need to change jobs!!!!!!

01/04/2024: Disaster.... what a shame to serve such ice cream., past the taste, the texture, not to mention the appearance that I saw afterwards in the window.
My partner wanted to come back because she liked the menu.
But when you can serve ice cream like this, I don't prefer to imagine what you can put on the plate
14/01/2024: Regular customers, this Saturday 13/01 we were at Delia on the left side (2 brasseries, one on the left and one on the right, crossroads entrance, same owner). The wait was very long, which is understandable for a Saturday afternoon. However, the service regarding one employee was poor, the young woman in her twenties, blonde with glasses, a shame the way she speaks to customers. She is annoyed, haughty and raises her voice. We kindly asked him when will we be served? She turned around, muttering under her breath “olala but what do I know, they’re pissing me off” A SHAME!!!!!!!. We went to the counter to speak to the rest of the team who were very courteous and friendly.
This isn't the first time this girl has had a poor attitude, but we always get past it but...
Too bad because the owner is very welcoming as is the rest of the team.
