03/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We arrived late, but they welcomed us despite the late hour. The service was warm, welcoming, and professional. They gave us excellent advice, and I ordered my first calf's head. One of the waitresses explained the dish to me so I could be sure I would enjoy it. The result? The dish was divine, like everything else we tasted that evening. The kindness, the quality of the food, and the smiles of the staff made for a wonderful evening. Go there; you're guaranteed a great time.

The ambiance: The dining room is small and very cozy, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The service: Exceptionally attentive service and a warm welcome. The food: It's a true delight, a feast for the eyes and the palate. The presentation is as refined as the flavors. A must-visit if you're in the area!

12/03/2026: We made a reservation on a Saturday afternoon for the evening and were lucky enough to get a free table. So, it's advisable to reserve in advance, and rightly so. The food, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. Everything was creative and expertly prepared, and all at very fair prices. As one would expect in Burgundy, the wine selection was also good and reasonably priced for Burgundy standards. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful evening.

In addition, the menu is homemade from appetizer to dessert, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. He always accommodates my vegetarian needs by creating a special menu for me, which I greatly appreciate. There's always an excellent local wine to complement the meal. It's a restaurant I highly recommend.

07/03/2026: Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône, we trusted the positive reviews of this restaurant and booked a table. We also had a delightful time enjoying a unique and delicious evening menu: two-salmon terrine, chicken with Vin Jaune sauce and morels, and apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything is homemade. Authentic service and cuisine, a good local wine, and to top it all off, a genuine conversation with the owner's family. We highly recommend this establishment to both visitors and locals who are lucky enough to have Mont Blanc nearby!

The staff was efficient and professional, and the food was delicious. The service was well-organized. The photos of the dishes accurately reflect what's on the restaurant's website. A great place to remember.
