12/12/2025: Honestly, this is the second time I've bought chocolate croissants in bulk there, but avoid it at all costs!!! They're completely flat and nothing like the ones displayed in the window. I don't recommend it at all, and what's more, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired; it's quite disgusting for a bakery…

24/01/2026: We ate at Le Gourmand restaurant on January 20th. We had a wonderful meal; the presentation of the appetizers, main courses, and desserts was visually appealing and a delight for the taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

29/03/2026: We celebrated a birthday on a Sunday at lunchtime. The meal was pleasant but not memorable. The food was good, and the €24 set menu was tasty and generous. However, the service was minimal. The waitress forgot about us several times (no still water despite our requests, and no cork for our bottle despite being asked three times). The 2024 Mercurey white was very disappointing. So, overall, an average experience.

19/03/2026: First time at this restaurant. We have absolutely no complaints; everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the dessert. We had the €35 set menu. Excellent value for money. The meat was cooked exactly as we requested. And the best part was, we had the entire restaurant to ourselves.

16/03/2026: We went to eat at this restaurant on Monday at lunchtime, the three of us. The manager is friendly and very professional. The chef caters to vegetarians (I was even given a special menu just for me), which I really appreciated. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Homemade with fresh ingredients, and it shows. The lemon cake is divine. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They are true professionals, respectful of authentic cuisine, their customers, and the service staff. At Le Neptune, trust is paramount, and respect is their strength. 16/01/2026: Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life… I ordered a tomato-based pizza with salmon that they call the Nordic. The salmon tasted like nothing but salmon, the tomato sauce was incredibly acidic, and they added something in the middle of the pizza that looked like crème fraîche—I don't even know what it was. In short, I was very disappointed. The pizza cost €15! I would have gone to the kebab shop near my house; I would have eaten better for less, and at least I would have known what was in my food. I do not recommend this pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!

11/03/2026: The first thing you notice is the lack of cleanliness. Thanks to the decor, the first impression from the outside is good, but once inside, the cleanliness is deplorable. There's dust everywhere, and the floor and the feet of the people are filthy. As for the service, it's a gamble. 😒 The dishes are simple but good. That somewhat redeems the overall rating. It's a real shame for such a well-located place.

13/01/2026: I don't understand how people can give their opinions on an establishment that has been closed for over three and a half months now.

09/11/2025: Hello, a message to the owner and anyone wishing to have a coffee or other drink on the terrace: At 12:30 PM, the brasserie was open, but one of the employees refused us entry, saying it was closed in a very unpleasant tone. He added that on Sundays it closes at 2:00 PM. So, it's open at 12:30 PM? This employee seems to think he can choose who gets to enjoy the terrace and have a drink, based on who the customer is. Avoid this place, or you'll have to hire staff capable of building a good reputation for your brasserie. Have a good day.

09/11/2025: Unpleasant welcome, the bar was open with people inside having drinks, and we were told it was closed because the owner was choosing their customers. I don't recommend it. And the opening hours this morning confirm it was open. Edit: It was indeed open, and there were customers, not workers, inside this morning.

22/03/2026: I feel compelled to respond to this review, as I was present that day. I find it completely inappropriate and quite surprising. Especially since several comments seem to come from the same people, which raises questions. For your information, there were clearly not just a dozen customers: the terrace was full, as is usually the case whenever the sun is out. Regarding the comments about hygiene, they seem unfounded to me. As a regular, I have never noticed the slightest problem in this regard. Finally, the criticisms of the waitress or the managers are, in my opinion, exaggerated and unjustified. They seem more like comments intended to attract attention than objective feedback. Making a spectacle of oneself in this way is, honestly, quite... As proof, attached are photos of the terrace that day, so we must not have the same view...
