29/11/2023: A good stop on the GR5. Friendly welcome and good food. I have not tested the dormitories having slept in a tent (very good...). The only downside is that the number of toilets is a bit tight.
10/09/2023: I put 5* +++. My best experience in a shelter.
The welcome is warm. The team is at the top. The cuisine is excellent. The refuge is authentic and offers great comfort.

12/09/2024: Lunch at the Table du Berger, very good experience, the service is good despite a large crowd and small staff. One person in the dining room and one in the kitchen. The dishes are varied and offer what one would expect from a restaurant in Beaufortain. Fondue, diots, polenta, tartiflette... Good exchange with the staff at the end of the service, more relaxed. The small room (cellar), soberly decorated, is a little noisy when we all start chatting. I recommend.

14/08/2024: La vue est superbe mais tout le reste est a jeter à la poubelle. Le personnel est hautain, l'accueil déplorable, les plats très quelconques et l'addition honteusement élevée vu la qualité du contenu de l'assiette.
Faites une halte pour profiter de la vue et fuyez !

Makes fun of being referenced in Gault et Millaut!!! After a little search, we couldn't find it on their site, see photo.
So-called homemade fries... Frozen, I confirm.
We didn't have dessert because it was also noted as homemade!!!

13/09/2024: A wonderful, very charming little restaurant. Delicious and hearty food, more room for dessert. The boss, waiter, cook, bartender at the same time manages the situation perfectly. Biker friends, a welcome for us.

08/09/2024: Great little place, good unpretentious restaurant, homemade dishes and local products. The pizzas are made before your eyes, the waitress is very pleasant and fast, the owner is kind and funny. It gets the job done 😊
