26/02/2026: Incredible singers and very friendly waiters. It's a shame the same can't be said for the supposed owner (who didn't introduce herself) who asked us to leave before we'd even finished our drinks because, and I quote, "we pay the musicians, you have to order." I should mention that there were five of us and we all ordered drinks. Really unpleasant, it ruined our experience.

26/02/2026: Tonight, at the live music with a fabulous singing duo, we had a fantastic dance atmosphere! It's a shame that a woman who didn't introduce herself (I assume the manager) came and asked us to leave if we didn't "buy a drink," claiming she was "paying the musicians," even though we had all ordered drinks and two of us hadn't even finished them...

25/03/2026: La Bouitte has been a huge favorite of ours during our getaways over the past few years. La Bouitte embodies the art of living, of hospitality, of being fully present in the moment. Everything is perfect: the house is so warm and tastefully designed, the staff is incredibly kind, the Meilleur family is so attentive and approachable, and the restaurant was, for us, the best we've ever experienced. The raw ingredients are so expertly prepared that they give you goosebumps, a return to the essentials on the plate—what a wonderful evening! We rarely return to hotels we've already stayed in because we love discovering new places, but we will certainly be returning to La Bouitte again and again in the coming months because we dream about it every day! 23/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at their restaurant. A lot of hype for very little. Uninteresting dishes. You feel ripped off. Doesn't deserve a star!!! My worst Michelin-starred experience.

14/04/2026: hotel is really great, very close to the slopes and in an ideal location. They've recently done up the boot rooms, so that's nice. In all honesty it is a little tired and could do with some love in places - but the apartments are large, the staff are very friendly and it's a really good option for VT. Cannot fault it.

27/03/2026: Nice hotel, good sized rooms, nice small bar, great access to the slopes. The issue which may be unique to the room we had was that it stank of cigarettes smoke each night. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. It really made the hotel stay of our holiday a let down. We will not stay again.

25/03/2026: A successful lunch break at this pleasant establishment. Their cuisine is homemade and very refined. The pork simmered in maple syrup is excellent. The servers are also very attentive. I recommend it.

10/12/2025: We had a very good time at Les Clarines restaurant. The meal was excellent and the waiters were very warm and welcoming.

11/04/2026: Horrible service , the food in the main restaurant is terrible and the service in the restaurant is teribble! The rooms are not that clean. They didn’t add more towels when they were all used. The room was soooooooo hot, the bed is uncomfortable and so are the pillows. In breakfast they charge you money if you ask for fresh orange juice, in the half board they caculate at dinner what you order and the if you exceed 65 euro per person they charge you extra. The only good thing I have to say is about the ski shop - Andy was so lovely and gave us the best service. Bottom line this is not a 5 stars hotel

07/04/2026: Great experience despite reading the mixed reviews. The staffs and conceige were all very friendly and approachable, we had a great time with gd memories of our stay Heated ski lockers and ski in/out was super convenient. Not to mention the ski rental is just beside the lobby. Special mention to the one of the conceige staff ( a young guy sorry we din get his name ) who assisted my hubby with the winter socks for our rental car. He even gave us 2 bottles of water for the road. These kind gestures meant so much to us. Oh the free shuttle to town and back were such a nice touch esp on snowy days. Thank you Altapura for adding fond memories to our French alps adventure. Hope to be back in near future as we are from far away Asia.

17/03/2026: Terrible food Dirty dishes The entire place is in a run down condition

17/03/2026: Ordering drinks at the bar is prohibited. You wait 20 to 30 minutes for the server to come over, then another 20 to 30 minutes for him to order for you. Finally, you wait another 20 to 30 minutes for him to return with the beers. Unsurprisingly, each time, he mixed up our orders, which he didn't even bother to write down. If you ask the bartender for a beer, he'll pretend to be confused and tell you to sit down.

30/03/2026: Quick service, but the food is very inconsistent! The lasagna was good, but as for the schnitzel… a tasteless, processed piece of meat, very industrial. €23.50 for that, no less! Too expensive for a self-service/canteen.

17/04/2026: Service without fault. Friendly and efficient staff, the nannies in particular were fantastic. Location great, 20m from Bruyeres 1 lift and the nursery slope. Hotel comfortable and practical. Rooms a little tight and dark (about which they can do nothing at all); all things considered, a genuinely superb package.

13/03/2026: Brilliant choice for a family ski holiday. Staff are excellent and really friendly. The kid's club staff were great and really enjoyed their caring duties with all the children, this made the whole holiday go smoothly, definitely recommended.

09/03/2026: Excellent daily menu. Friendly welcome and quick, efficient service. Lovely terrace overlooking the village center.

27/02/2026: The food was very good, but as is often the case, it was barely lukewarm, if not cold. The service was adequate. The desserts were excellent.

26/03/2026: Very expensive compared to other restaurants, a long wait for a burnt pizza. Very disappointing.

25/03/2026: We had a reservation for 6 people. Because it was very cold and windy, we asked if we could be moved inside. We were told that it was fully booked. However, when we went inside, we noticed there were at least 6 empty tables. Even when we left, those tables were still empty and not reserved. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
