Meal arrived with more than an hour of waiting, menu offered but nothing in stock, no other choice than a lamb chop with fries, meat not cooked properly, catastrophic presentation, outdated and deplorable service, really a sandwich from a bakery would have been much more appreciated,... I don't understand the good comments that have been received.

21/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly delightful welcome. The young woman who served us, wearing lovely jewelry, was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
Although closing time was approaching, she took the time to serve us cappuccinos, recommending the speculoos one: excellent, truly delicious speculoos cappuccinos.
The staff is pleasant, they give you time to relax, and the setting is clean and inviting.
A very pleasant place to stop, have a drink, and chat quietly, especially before or after an important meeting, or to arrange a get-together.

25/10/2025: Tonight we went to Bagatelle because we had heard good things about it... But honestly it's the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life... Frozen shrimp... My 8 year old daughter waited 1 hour before getting her plate and I'm not even talking about the famous Caesar salad 😂 since when do you put cucumbers and carrots in a Caesar salad? I'm always looking for the chicken 🙄 the chicken was mush. And I'm not talking about the lady who showed her displeasure because she hadn't eaten anything from her plate because it was not good and cold... My husband and I looked at each other and said what are we doing here!!! We didn't even take our daughter's ice cream. We preferred to leave and we remained respectful because frankly it's enough to make you lose your temper! If we ever get sick from last night we'll come back to them!!! In any case, run away 🙏
24/09/2025: Great restaurant in Le Havre! Their burgers are truly excellent, well-filled, and very reasonably priced. Friendly service and a great atmosphere; we always come back with pleasure.

21/08/2025: Very good tobacco for me, with a wide range of choices, very complete. The staff has always been cool to me too (except for the blonde cashier who seemed a little tense one evening, but otherwise very good). I can understand the comments about the customers, but even if you haven't obtained at least 4,000 XP points on the street, come without looking at anyone and everything should go well.
PS: Put backwoods on sale, please; it would be really annoying.
19/08/2025: When you see the state of the terrace it gives an idea of the cleanliness of the establishment. It is regrettable to see all these misdeeds the papers maybe you have a bad view in any case it is to regret the former owners on the other hand what saved your establishment is the kindness the competence and the welcome of your staff we already come to have their kindness..it is very sad to see this establishment decline not great to live in filth..good reception of this letter Mrs. Augelo..

05/08/2024: Spent Friday evening for an order of 2 pizzas (we called in advance to order, the person on the phone was VERY unpleasant and answered us very poorly; we should have guessed what happened next...)
Arriving there, 3 people who barely greet us... I ask for a drink, none of them answer me or seem to want to do THEIR JOB????? I also ask the price of an ice cream, one of them points to the price table saying “read here ma’am”? The least you can do is know how to serve when it is the heart of your job.
When leaving, no goodbye or good evening. Obliged to INSIST to receive politeness?!
UNIVERSITY DOMINOES TO RUN AWAY! I highly recommend the beach one.
I'm not even talking about the pizzas we received, which were almost inedible. It looked like yesterday's pizza.
In short, flee this establishment.
