25/09/2024: Decent food but nothing more. Not great gourmet coffee, bread that lacks freshness and tasteless appetizers. Conventional breakfast.

23/06/2024: I trust a colleague, who takes me to eat there. We find ourselves in a kind of stuffy veranda, and despite pointing out twice that it's very hot, the waitress says "yes" and leaves without opening a window or anything. The tables are so close together that we no longer move around. On the other hand, it's perfect for following the neighbors' conversation. A permanent volume that is frankly painful, where everyone speaks louder than the other to be heard. On the way out, we notice a couple sitting at a table of two at the end of a doorless corridor. Mind-boggling. Claustro friends, flee. In short, we order from a slate on the wall, written by hand. A sort of eye test. I see the dish of the day at €10, I say impeccable, let’s try it. I order rump steak skewers and fries. The meat was dry like anything, but by drowning it in mayo it was OK. As for the 10 fries, not one more, I enjoyed them. We finally get out of this nightmare, and the boss asks me for €20. My colleague and I look at each other, not sure if we understand. Yes Yes. There was "extra" on the skewers. He goes to show me the slate, and indeed, written in small letters in red chalk, I did not see this very useful mention in the distance = extra. €9.90. In addition to a risky definition of a supplement, I pay double price for my daily special. Gift. And it will be the last, I won't set foot there again.

10/06/2024: Soirée entre amis, nous avis tous pris des plats différents. La ficelle picarde est très bonne, faite maison avec de très bons produits. En plat principal, filet de bœuf avec des frites maison. L’accueil est vraiment au top. Merci pour cette excellente soirée. Un très bon restaurant traditionnel.

Being placed next to the cathedral and beautiful monuments is deplorable. I don't recommend this place at all, the food isn't great and we came out hungry.😡😡😡😡

03/07/2024: Family meal Saturday lunchtime. Despite our fears following the mostly negative reviews, we were very well received, the service and the meal were excellent. Thierry the server was very attentive to our requests and was very professional.

When we walked through the door of your premises, we came across a couple who, beyond being more than professional and passionate, are of extraordinary kindness, authentic, good advice, attentive, and valuable support! ☺️ Working with you was therefore obvious… 🥰 Sabine accompanies you throughout your preparations, responds to all your expectations, answers your questions, advises you, reassures you when necessary! (thanks again for this last call) Nicolas and his entire team of cooks concocted more than a meal for us, it was a real feast... from the reception to the aperitif to the wedding cake, it was good, it was refined , it was simply delicious! 🤤 And the servers, let's talk about servers! 15/08/2024: We chose catering duo for our wedding. Sabine and her husband were able to advise us well in advance to choose a menu that suited us completely, while being suitable for as many people as possible. Very professional, warm and cheerful, everything was perfect on the big day. They were able to masterfully handle the little last minute hiccups without worrying us. The different dishes were succulent, we enjoyed ourselves. And I have only had positive feedback from our guests. In short, thank you very much catering duo!

25/09/2024: Resto qui ne paie pas de mine un peu à l’écart, on a l’impression d’aller manger chez un pote. Cuisine excellente avec des plats de tous les jours mais avec le truc du Chef, bel accueil et les prix sont abordables. Donc si vous voulez bien manger, du frais et pour pas trop cher, c’est là-bas qu’il faut aller !

14/08/2024: While visiting Amiens, we had lunch in this restaurant. Restaurant that doesn't look like much and yet... The managers are adorable, we were very well received. The food is so good and the portions are generous. The value for money is unbeatable!!! In short, it’s an address that I recommend 100%.
