09/08/2024: Scam tourists, 3 half jupiler, 2 Orangina and 1 ice tea. 30 euros and also disappointed with the service.
In any case, it is not into the household that the money is injected.

07/08/2024: How can I describe my disappointment to see that this kind of behavior exists. We came as a family to enjoy the setting of the embankment. I would like to point out that I am from Sable and that my family came on vacation here.
We sat outside with my baby who was crying from hunger.
The look and behavior of the waiter shocked me enormously in the face of this inherently common situation.
It's still amazing to see that families can't come and take advantage of its service.
I myself was embarrassed and ashamed in front of my family who did not know the Sables d'Olonne. If I understood correctly a retso bar

One piece of advice is not to bother opening it. What an image it really is for our traders. I even think that one star is way too many. I really don't recommend it.
07/08/2024: We begin to settle down to be on the terrace, until the waiter realizes that there is a baby with us and... He sighs and makes a comment to the other customers because the baby of two month in question cries! It’s deplorable to see this!
We immediately turned around in the face of the lack of know-how of the staff that day!
Unacceptable to see the behavior and the welcome that was given to us!
The star was just to share our short experience with the boom

08/09/2024: We went to the hotel as a family...only the location is perfect! Very dated hotel. Bathroom in poor condition, pieces of bed left in our hands.
Unpleasant smell when arriving at the hotel. And to finish on a high note, the breakfast lady is very unpleasant. Only the gentleman at reception on the first day is friendly and friendly.
We do not recommend this hotel to avoid!
24/08/2024: Hotel well located, beautiful view of the port if the room overlooks it. Otherwise.... In the summer, the bars next door have parties every night, until 2 a.m.-3 a.m., bring earplugs! The hotel room: missing some electrical outlet, small shower, missing shutters and possibly an air conditioning system and above all, a functional VMC in the bathroom because of the lack of windows, some pretty mold is present 🙃 in short, a bit of renovation and upgrading is necessary! Staff quite friendly overall.

17/01/2025: Maby not the fanciest menu but the super service is so good that I have to recommend this place.
Another thing to recommend is the duck salad.
Tonight was a quiet night (January) but they brought in Karaoke which was fun 😃

15/11/2024: On pensait bien manger dans cette belle brasserie qui se veut chic. Hélas. Outre le fait qu’on ait attendu une heure avant d’avoir nos plats, la qualité n’y était vraiment pas. Des pièces du boucher pas tendres, et les moules soit-disant marinières qui en fait sont simplement ouvertes, je n’appelle pas ça de la cuisine. Elles n’ont vu ni oignons, ni beurre, ni vin blanc… insipides. Tout ça ne valait vraiment pas le prix qui m’est resté en travers de la gorge. Faut pas y aller !
10/11/2024: Nous sommes venus à 4 personnes : 4 pour l’apéro mais nous étions seulement 2 à rester manger. Une serveuse nous installe à une table de 4 avec gentillesse. 2 minutes plus tard, un jeune homme sans doute le responsable arrive et nous demande de partir sèchement car nous ne sommes que 2 à manger et que nous prenons la place de 4 clients potentiels…. Après quelques mots de mécontentement de notre part, il nous réplique : « rien à f…, moi je suis là tous les jours … » … hé bien quel accueil pour les clients…

Une cheffe à sa tête.
Des langoustines servies crues et un ris de veau excellent.
2 menus et un très honnête Pouilly fumé pour 150€.
18/07/2024: Voilà un restaurant qui ne ne se situe pas le long des quais, mais qui mérite de s'y rendre. Parking à 200m.
Excellent accueil, plusieurs menus dont vous pouvez mixer les plats (sans suppléments, ce qui se fait rare!) un choix de plats créatifs et parfaitement travaillés, un service sans faille, rapide et compétent, une carte de vins bien fournie et une addition conforme à vos commandes.
Ici tout est excellent et le bib Michelin (un menu à moins de 30€) n'est pas usurpé.
Restaurant à reserver dès que possible, si vous hésitez à trouver un endroit où pouvoir vous sustenter dans un cadre agréable.

Les assiettes sont joliment décorées, les plats sont bons et copieux.
Nous avions pris le menu à 26,90€ et n’avons pas été déçus.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

11/08/2024: I would like to thank the people at the bar for their treatment. They helped us call a taxi...they took care of our luggage while we visited the museum...and the most beautiful thing was the farewell...everyone came out to greet us. The taxi driver caught his attention.

Soirée un peu fraîche en terrasse mais pas de problème on nous a fourni des plaids.
