10/05/2024: A very good address in Poitiers, the cuisine is very good, the service is perfect.
The formulas are excellent value for money. I have never eaten so well.
We had a great time, I highly recommend.
However, I called to make a reservation, the waitress or the owner told me that they do not take reservations and that they seat the customers as they go and the owner asked the customers if they had reservations.. . perhaps a lack of communication or a different organization?

Good quality and cooking of the meat. Starter and dessert also good.
I recommend the place.

02/04/2024: Bitter taste: given the standing displayed we expected another service. No tablecloth on the table, quick and very simple service. Barely clean table. And above all: the quantity served is minimal! It’s a shame to serve so little in quantity, under the pretext of serving refined cuisine! On Easter Sunday, we ordered a leg of lamb: a 3 cm piece that had to be gnawed between the bones for €32! This is simply theft. The dessert was a little better served, but nothing crazy in terms of flavor. Very disappointed.

A varied and copious buffet of hors d’oeuvres.
A daily special to choose from among a large number. Tender and tasty meat, a treat for seniors...
Very complete cheese and dessert buffets.
It remains to taste the prime rib and the seafood platter and the Burgers.
Excellent value for money, even with the wines.

10/05/2024: We had a good time but some of the cooking and quantities were disappointing.
10/05/2024: We decided to eat at La Gazette on a Friday lunchtime. After waiting a while to order and receive the drinks, the waiting time for our dishes was even longer (+50 min with a hint of forgetting). The waiters were running around and didn't know the table numbers. We might as well tell you that when we are asked 3 times if this dessert is for us when our dishes didn't even arrive good... By trying to do too much they end up leaving a lot of people at the table...
All this to receive a burger that doesn't even stand up and whose temperature leaves something to be desired.
In short, I do not recommend.
