26/02/2026: A must-visit for lovers of local cuisine. This restaurant offers exceptional views that perfectly complement its generous and distinctive dishes. Everything, from the food to the drinks, exudes regional authenticity. The prices are very reasonable, and children are well catered for thanks to half-size portions of the menu items. Reservations are highly recommended.
19/02/2026: We had a lovely time at this inn, a great find in the Vosges!
The road to the inn is a bit challenging, but the effort is well worth it.
The food is delicious, generous, and excellent value for money!
The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly.
I will definitely be back!

22/03/2026: A wonderful discovery. From the amuse-bouches to the desserts, the dishes were balanced and refined.
The prices were quite reasonable and perfectly in line with the quality.
An excellent wine list, again with affordable prices.
As for the service, it was friendly, courteous, and professional, both discreet and efficient.
We highly recommend it.

The decor is warm and inviting, creating a unique atmosphere.
Finally, the quality of the meal was incredible: flavorful, original, and perfectly cooked and presented. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; thank you for everything.

Julie and her team always provide exceptionally warm service. You immediately feel at home. As for the food, Jonathan delights us every time with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes. It's a true pleasure to eat at Le Couchetat. You can go without hesitation!

09/03/2026: Yesterday, I spontaneously got the last two free tables – a real stroke of luck.
Excellent, honest cuisine, generous portions, and a lively, pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. The hosts are particularly impressive: warm, attentive, and full of personality.
And the espresso was exceptionally good – a perfect ending.
A place you'll want to return to.

Caught off guard by the time and having been turned away by another restaurant, we were warmly welcomed here, and what a pleasant surprise!
The service was incredibly friendly, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were delicious at more than reasonable prices for a set menu under €19.
Go there... I'll be back!

01/03/2026: During a weekend in the mountains, we stopped at this charming little restaurant with its rustic mountain atmosphere, enhanced by the all-wood decor. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent! It was impossible to have dessert because the portions were so generous! I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: We hadn't even stepped inside before being accosted by an incredibly rude woman.
No greeting, nothing, we were simply assaulted. Just enough time to explore, to dry off... in short, don't stop there if you want to have a good time on your first day of skiing.
21/02/2026: Although the restaurant is self-service, the food is very good (local dishes) and competitively priced. The setting is pleasant and decorated like a barn/chalet. A great stop in the middle of a day of skiing or hiking.
