29/09/2024: We spent an excellent evening in this welcoming inn with a warm setting. The dishes are varied and will appeal to both those who want to eat quickly and those looking for traditional cuisine from eastern France, and there is even room for burgers and pizzas! The food is as nourishing as it is delicious, and everything exudes authenticity. The staff is smiling and attentive.

07/09/2024: Had to wait a while for our drink even though there were not that many people. Friendly service. Prices are reasonable, but the portions are not that big. Food was tasty.

08/12/2024: An extraordinary discovery, the cuisine is fine and full of flavors, inventive, surprising. It’s the kind of table that makes you want to travel miles just to return. The setting is very warm and the menu price is more than reasonable for the quality and finesse of the dishes. Big plus for the vegetarian options as elaborate as the other dishes. We will come back and recommend!

08/12/2024: A lovely address, with a courageous young couple, who, I would like to point out, only run this restaurant with 2 people! Monsieur offers us his original, sought-after cuisine, concocted with a lot of passion! You can feel it on every plate! Out of the ordinary flavor combinations. Madame is attentive, gentle, smiling, welcoming,....The service is perfect! I warmly congratulate them! In respect of their customers, they have chosen to limit the number of place settings, in order to offer quality on the plate and in the service. Which has become rare now in restaurants! Keep it up! 21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good! Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more! And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate. In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

24/11/2024: We hadn't been back for about 3 years and we really enjoyed it like the other times. Small menu but it's very good and it's great value for money. It's a friendly and warm place. Very good pinot gris in a pitcher. Good restaurant to start our week.

17/11/2024: Very unpleasant lady on the phone. We wanted to book for 9 people and obviously that was too much to ask. Also impossible to take away. No sense of business, deplorable.

29/12/2023: Place de parking bien.... décoration du restaurant très belle .... côté service parfait et côté nourriture je suis réservé c'est plus comme autrefois .... Le petit bémol pour trouver les WC manque une plaque sur la porte

23/05/2024: Deuxième expérience après avoir déjà testé l'adresse l'automne dernier ! Cette deuxième visite a autant été réussie que la première : le service, la qualité des plats, l'environnement, tout était formidable ! La cuisine reste locale, familiale, généreuse (pas diététique ;) ) mais tellement savoureuse ! On y retrouve les incontournables de la cuisine vosgienne, la tofaille, la tarte aux myrtilles, entre autres. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons pu goûter à nouveau aux bières brassées sur place. Nous avons même pu acheter de la bière pour offrir. Certes, l'accès n'est pas des plus aisés mais la visite en vaut tellement la peine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

25/01/2025: Very good welcome and service. I recommend the very refined and fruity Paul Romain champagne. Excellent meats with perfect cooking. And balanced accompaniments with a good marriage of flavors. The plus of this restaurant: the children's menu offers the same dishes as on the menu but in a half-portion version! A great idea that made people happy.
