07/03/2024: Very cozy restaurant, but located lost in the heights, the landscape is magnificent but the road to get there as well as the parking are a disaster to completely review. The meal was very good, nothing to say on this point. Well done to the chef. The only downside is that dogs are accepted. I have nothing against dogs. I have one at home, a Beauceron. It could even be a positive point because it is rare to have restaurants that accept our furball friends. But out of 4 dogs, there is a herdsman who barks all the time for nothing, no thanks, we come and eat in peace and the owners have not managed to channel their dog. Personally, when you know that you have a barking dog, you don't take it with you, it's called RESPECT for others. But hey, they had enough to do with spanking his mistress and laughing at him for nothing. That was the only negative point about our meal there. This dog had no place here while the other 3 dogs were adorable.

12/05/2024: Good cuisine in a magnificent setting away from tourist places. A friendly welcome, so it’s a detour to make if you’re in this area. Once again in 2024, we ate on the terrace. The dishes are mastered and the products are local. It's excellent and good value for money.

01/04/2024: While passing through the Vosges region, our host recommended this restaurant to us. We had a wonderful evening. The decoration is cozy and warm. The pleasant sound ambiance. The welcoming and friendly manager. The dishes are original and succulent. It's an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Great value for money.

31/03/2024: Very unpleasant waitress, both with her customers and her colleagues. Not at all accommodating, impossible to serve a tray of fries for a child of two even though they are on the menu. Huge shredded donut not cooked inside. Nothing to do with the previous comments, has there been a change of ownership? I strongly advise against this hostel.

18/03/2024: We had a pleasant time in this restaurant. Super friendly waiter, attentive service and super good meal! If we pass through the area we will definitely come back!

02/04/2024: We came with two young children, we had great service, the children had a real dish/good desserts. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and understanding. Our meals were good and well served. I recommend the place both for the services, the dishes and the atmosphere!

12/05/2024: I can't say if the crepes are good or not, because I called at 6:40 p.m. to order sweet crepes to take away, a lady told me it was too late, I had to call before, that the service had already started . I travel to get them anyway, on site the same, she replies that she can't do them

23/05/2024: The burger looks really nice, but is undercooked. Same with the fries. The servers are really nice, but that does not make up for the bad burgers.

11/05/2024: Good meal but very long wait. Just for the aperitif we have 45 minutes. Total duration of our service (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert): 3 hours. It's long, very long. Knowing that we had warned in advance that we were going to take the local menu. I don't recommend this restaurant if you are a large group (we were 13 adults)

18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties! We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated. First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today) With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked... But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building. A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed. We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before. The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.

18/05/2024: Great hiking stop! The marcaire meal is delicious and above all, don't hesitate to have some munster from the Matter farm. Best Munster I've ever eaten ☺️

09/06/2024: Small inn at the top of the Vosges, a magnificent place with a breathtaking view. The place has a historical side with the stele in tribute to the riflemen who died to liberate this mountain. The inn uses local products with its homemade brimbelle jam, its beer and its cheese/charcuterie platters. The brimbelle tart is just magnificent. I recommend this place for the whole family. PS: bring a small jacket (windy place)
