12/03/2024: I like going to drink my coffee ☕️ in the afternoon it’s quiet and friendly in winter. Summer is terrace! Moreover, the best terrace in Auxerre in terms of location and price.
18/11/2023: Découverte lors d'un dejeuner de cette brasserie.
Belle deception : nous avons pris un hamburger au poulet, inondé de sauce avec un poulet très étrange : une tranche très épaisse de blanc de poulet (probablement acheté sous vide), avec des cornichons à tout va. Nous avons également testé le boeuf bourguignon dont la sauce était probablement composé en grande partie d'eau...
Seul point positif : les frites semblaient maison. Et pris par le temps, nous n'avons pas eu le temps (ou l'envie) de tester les désserts. Même en dépannage, je n'y retournerai pas..

23/09/2024: Very nice staff, we slept very well and had a very good breakfast. Everything went smoothly.
23/09/2024: I know the hotel and generally I like it. This time I had a small room, with a slightly old and decadent bathroom, finally it was a bit cold, you couldn't put hot air on, only cold.
Breakfast and welcome as good as always.
The car park was super full, I had to put 2 wheels on the garden.

26/08/2024: Short stop for an aperitif, unfortunately no charcuterie board available and a waiter who comes back 4 times to ask for orders. Too bad for the image of the place

Furniture in poor condition.
Stained bed linen.
Floor not washed.
Mold in the shower.
The bed redone with black tape.
The young receptionist is very nice but the manager is vulgar and threatens me on the phone when I call for a refund.
Hotel that looks like a squat.
To avoid.
07/12/2024: I booked this hotel for its proximity to the train station. I had read the comments but thought it would still work. But the room I had in this hotel and the reception have a terrible smell of old, musty and musty.
Even if you ventilate all day, nothing happens.
The shower curtains are moldy and the rods rusty. Dust is everywhere in every corner of the room. The owner should perhaps consider carrying out work and thinking about the health of his customers. And no need to call me a liar like 70% of those who comment.
Take Feedback Seriously and Make Changes
This was the worst stay I have had in a hotel in my life.

31/08/2024: Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Even got the WhatsApp number to text if anything needs to be communicated.
Room is good, bed is nice, shower too. I've stayed here for 6 nights with pleasure ♡
17/08/2024: Hotel of terror, from the outside it looks like an abandoned building, the reception was dirty, messy and smelled very bad, we arrived at 3pm and it was still dirty from breakfast, there was even a kitten in an armchair at the reception, the room was dirty.... , we had 2 nights and we slept one and left. I don't recommend it to anyone.

29/06/2024: Petit arrêt impromptu sur Auxerre et coup de chance, nous avons pu avoir une place. Accueil et service impeccable, entrée, plat et dessert étaient subtils et délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le tartare aux saveurs estivales et l'île flottante sur sa soupe aux fruits rouges.

20/09/2024: With my wife and my son we had a very, very good time.... pizzas cooked over a wood fire which is rare in Auxerre... Excellent..... I highly recommend and forget the other pizzerias.. ....WELL DONE
18/09/2024: Petite pizzeria ouverte le soir et proposant de délicieuses pizzas cuites au feu de bois à prix imbattables. Un faible pour l'auxerroise ; un régal pour 12 euros. Carlotinna pour les petits appétits. Patron sympa et avenant.
