25/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The tapas were delicious. The sun lounger in the front row, complete with a parasol and bottled water, was very pleasant despite the overcast weather. We will be back.

14/08/2026: Excellent from start to finish. A very warm welcome; the waitress and waiter were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. The only disappointment is that they will be on their annual holiday during our next spa treatment. Don't change a thing! Thank you.

12/08/2026: The food is absolutely delicious and the presentation is exquisite. Such beautiful plates! They were so appetizing that I couldn't even take pictures before digging in... The prices, both for the food and the wine, are very reasonable too. My only tiny complaint, as a digestif enthusiast, is the lack of local brandy or truly high-quality spirits. This doesn't change my final 5-star rating at all. Bravo!

22/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this restaurant despite the enticing reviews. Between the service, the atmosphere, and the food, we ended up skipping dessert and going elsewhere. It started with our arrival; we had a reservation, but apparently, this information didn't interest the waitress, who couldn't have cared less. We were seated right in front of the fan, so we had to move our table without any server offering us another one, even though the restaurant was practically empty. I ordered a piña colada... it was awful... I could only taste the coconut cream... for almost €10, it's shameful. Our experience continued with the tempting kebab platter... but another disappointment. The monkfish was practically raw, and the portion was far too small for the price. The tuna was overcooked, the green salad wasn't fresh, with rotten bits of lettuce... a small bowl of rice and ratatouille for two—the portions were really tiny, again considering the price. And the fried food was so greasy... awful! We didn't finish and didn't even order the dessert that was on the menu, which didn't seem to bother the waitress at all. Plus, there was a real row between the waitress and the owner behind the counter. In short, you can tell we won't be back, even though we come to Balaruc regularly. Avoid this place! There are plenty of other, much nicer restaurants, and you'll definitely get your money's worth. The only positive point was the view. A disgrace to the area.

19/08/2026: Avoid this place! We came two days ago at 9:30 PM, but it was impossible because they were no longer serving. At worst, we could have gotten in, even though we didn't understand why we were on vacation at that hour. We came back today at 8:30 PM and were refused service because we were 6 adults with a baby. They said we were too many, and there were tables available for at least 12 people. So don't waste your time going there; it's a complete waste of time.

19/08/2026: We arrived at 8:40 PM for a meal (6 people and a baby), and they refused us entry, even though there was plenty of room. This is unacceptable.

06/06/2026: Perfect hotel, just steps from the city centre.

06/06/2026: The hotel is well located near the city center and about a 15-minute walk from Béziers' main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms, although small, are functional with a well-designed closet in the hallway. The bed is the standard comfort level for this hotel group, everything was fine. The 80s arcade-themed renovation will delight fans like myself. A word of caution for those who are more modest: the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass partitions that aren't tinted enough for those who prefer privacy.

10/08/2026: Great restaurant on the port of Mèze, lovely shaded terrace. While on holiday in this area, we chose this restaurant while strolling around and had a very good meal with very reasonable prices and excellent service 👍🏻

20/08/2026: Disappointed, we felt like we were bothering them during our meal on the morning of August 12th. Sardines cost €12 and were served in a can that you could buy at the supermarket, even though we were right by the port. I'll try somewhere else next time.

20/08/2026: We ordered one crab, some langoustines, shrimp, and whelks. I think only the crab wasn't frozen; the rest was full of water. €75 is expensive.

29/08/2026: We had all-you-can-eat mussels and fries; it was delicious with a wide selection of sauces. The service was attentive and friendly.

30/07/2026: We've been going there for 30 years, mainly for mussels and oysters, and occasionally for their famous pissaladières and tielles. A real treat, I highly recommend it.

27/07/2026: The friendliness was lacking. The dish was rather simple and the portion size... For the price, perhaps it's different for locals.
