28/05/2026: A magnificent and timeless place... You immediately feel at ease... Like being at home... The place is unique, a charming stone house with an exceptional staircase, a sitting area in front of the fireplace, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and restaurant... The welcome is friendly and warm; you feel like you're part of the family... The restaurant is really lovely, with bluefin tuna caught that morning, filleted and served fresh immediately according to grandmother's recipes... Exceptional... Bravo!

17/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hôtel des Templiers. The setting is absolutely magnificent, and the hotel is perfectly located. The place is charming and very peaceful. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly to us and our baby. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return. ☺️ Thank you again to the team.

11/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at this well-maintained, historic hotel, ideally located within the city walls, where we received a warm welcome. Our room was functional and quiet, overlooking the patio. The breakfast was excellent, offering both sweet and savory options, fresh orange juice, and high-quality pastries and bread. Free parking and luggage storage were available. Highly recommended.

22/09/2026: I arrived a little late with my dog ​​and received a very warm welcome. I was served on the terrace, in the shade of an olive tree, in a peaceful setting. The wood-fired pizza was truly excellent! The dough, made with three types of flour (I was told), was delicious. I'll be back! Special mention to the waitress, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2026: The fillet and rib of bull were exceptional: perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful. Perfect for a carnivorous dinner. Welcoming service: they served us promptly and kindly. Being in the historic center, there is no parking, but we were very happy with our choice. Thank you.

31/08/2026: Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations. The price-to-quality ratio is difficult to justify given the quality offered. The pizza lacked flavor, and overall it felt more like a standard product than a truly well-crafted pizza. The service also failed to redeem the experience: there is clearly room for improvement, particularly in customer attention and the overall quality of service. I believe that with better-prepared ingredients, greater consistency, and more attentive service, the establishment could significantly improve. As it stands, I will not be returning and I do not particularly recommend it.

10/08/2026: I give 5 stars for the pizzas, but especially for the paella. Definitely reserve your portion; you'll never have eaten anything so good, and there won't be enough for everyone! 😊

09/09/2026: We were passing through and had to wait to be served even though there was no one there at 6:30 pm, especially in September... the servers weren't friendly, not even when taking payment, and the prices were a bit high... they only accept credit cards for purchases over €12, so no drinks for less... 🤨 We might try the brasserie side of the restaurant next time, as it has slightly better reviews.

08/09/2026: Friendly staff. The portion size was a bit small, and considering what we paid, it's outrageous, especially since it's not a gourmet restaurant. Luckily there was bread on the table so we didn't leave hungry. €24 for four pieces of octopus, a handful of vegetables, and a bowl of rice—a real tourist trap. They offered us a scoop of ice cream and a coffee to appease us. Of course, if no one says anything, it'll go unnoticed! We rarely criticize a restaurant, but this is a disgrace. You can find better in this area.

We simply asked if it was possible to leave out the carafe of wine, and she insisted twice, saying "no, it's not possible." It's already noted, it's not possible. She absolutely wanted us to keep the bottle. Finally, she took it back, but we had to insist. A customer pays for the wine (it wasn't even opened yet). You don't pay just for it to be on the table. I would have liked to say this face-to-face, but it's vacation time, so no pressure. That's what reviews are for. So, you, the blonde waitress, you blatantly lied to customers to get them to order more, because in the end, when the bill came, the carafe wasn't included. Which means that when you say "it's not possible to remove the carafe" twice, you're lying. The only pleasant person was the waitress who was there to help out at the time; she was responsive and friendly. For this restaurant, the motto is clearly: we work fast, we serve fast, we clear fast. You don't even have time to take a sip of your aperitif before your main course arrives. Some people like that, others find it unpleasant; it all depends on you. But it says a lot about how the food is prepared… Besides, the dishes are a joke. €18 minimum and €27 for a 180g ribeye steak—I repeat, €27 = 180g. The bruschetta is the size of a small hand. The salad is like something from a bagged supermarket. So, the Caesar salad tastes amazing 🤢 Bon appétit… €17 for the salad… €17! They're clearly a complete failure in the kitchen. This place is only good for serving drinks, and even then... The rating speaks for itself: 2.6 stars, and no one seems to care about improving it. So you clearly don't care about quality or good service. You just want money, which is a shame, because with the setting you have, it's just a waste and shows a lack of respect for this historic place. And frankly, don't use the fact that you're in a very touristy area as an excuse to charge such exorbitant prices. I know you don't care about the reviews, but seriously, you need to rethink your approach. We ate there because we were short on time, and unfortunately, we ended up at your place. Don't go there.
