05/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered iced chocolate, and the waiter confirmed they made it. However, he brought me hot chocolate. When I pointed out the mistake, he rolled his eyes, sighed, and then responded rudely, claiming I had never ordered iced chocolate. The most shocking part was his response: "Just put an ice cube in it." Mistakes happen, but such unprofessionalism and a dismissive attitude are unacceptable. I will not be returning.

22/04/2026: Excellent welcome and service from the staff. Very professional. Quiet location, very well connected to the center of Nîmes by bus. Supermarket nearby and a good pizzeria right across the street. The facilities and breakfast were very good. A place to return to.

18/04/2026: Very difficult to find. Far from the station. There was no WIFI in the room and a lack of outlets in the common area. The bed was small, yet comfortable. There was a cubby hole by the bed to store things, and a huge locker. I appreciate the assistance in locating the bus stop (The bus never came. Had to take a train.) in trying to move on.

24/05/2026: Absolutely perfect!! Very friendly, the staff are super nice 👍🙏🏿 and the food is amazing. I highly recommend it. There are a few seats, but it's definitely best to get takeout. 🙏

04/02/2026: Very disappointed. €2 for a small tray of fries, and while they were okay, they were undercooked and soggy. Anyway, the kebab was so-so. The bread was very thin; I don't know where it came from, it's definitely not kebab bread. €8, so €10 for a meal, not including a drink. Very disappointing. Years ago, this was the best in Nîmes!

21/08/2026: We visited this café for breakfast during our vacation in Nimes, and also had lunch and dinner. The brioches were very good, and the quiche and chicken with potatoes were both delicious. They were excellent value for money.

19/08/2026: Absolutely awful cocktails, tasted like medicine. The tapas were also terrible, and the beer was bad. Friendly service, though.

21/08/2026: Delicious food, fast and friendly service, they even provided bottled water without any fuss. My husband had the fish, the local specialty, and was very happy with it. There's a QR code for the menu in several languages, including German.

14/08/2026: We stayed there for 7 days in July with our two children. A superb experience! The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bedding comfortable, the gym fully equipped, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the pool while working out. We loved the peace and quiet, the cleanliness, and the generous and varied breakfasts. The restaurant had a great menu and the ingredients were high quality – a real treat! We thank the entire team!

15/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas yesterday after several years of not being back in Nîmes. A few years ago, the pizzas were very good and homemade. Today, we are really disappointed with the quality of the pizza; it's not homemade dough, it's more like pie crust. From now on, we won't be ordering from you again.

08/07/2026: Pleasant terrace and fresh, high-quality produce. The buffalo mozzarella is amazing. But the welcome and atmosphere are frosty, which is a shame; it doesn't make you want to come back.

19/06/2026: Having dined at this restaurant several times, imagine my surprise when, arriving at 8:30 pm, I was turned away on the pretext that we weren't hotel guests, even though no tables were occupied and the waiter had nothing better to do, lounging on the sofa to greet customers. 14/08/2026: Hello, I wish to express my opinion, not about the food, but about the service and the poor behavior of someone who works at your restaurant. I don't know his name, but I'll describe him as a large white man from whom I collected my order. He was disrespectful and spoke to me rudely, as if I were there to eat for free. At the end, he told me I was stressing him out, even though I only asked for a glass of water. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, specializing in French cuisine. I started as a manager and am currently a director. I have never disrespected a customer, despite the stress and pressure inherent in this field. Even when you encounter disrespectful customers, you maintain control to protect the restaurant's image. This person is tarnishing your reputation. Sincerely.

06/08/2026: Hello, I came with my children to eat a meal deal. The fries were like cold cardboard, and I ordered a dry, inedible hamburger. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place for families.

21/02/2026: Good quality meat and poultry. I find them unwelcoming. There's parking available right at the entrance. You have to queue twice, which can seem long; first to order from the butcher, then again to pay at the register. I imagine it's a hygiene measure. There's a long wait.
