12/04/2026: Non-existent hygiene, catastrophic service. Honestly, it looks like they packed the bag with their feet: spilled fries, open drinks, everything in a jumble. Is even a minimum of cleanliness and professionalism too much to ask? Avoid at all costs.

07/04/2026: Very satisfied. We ate there on a Tuesday at lunchtime and the place was clean, the service was quick and for once the containers of fries were full.

21/11/2025: Tourist trap! They charged us €5 for a cappuccino that tasted more like milk than anything else. The woman who served us was rude.

15/01/2026: A wonderful surprise at Domino's! This restaurant greatly enhanced the good mood I felt during my visit to Nîmes over a few days. I made two visits and was pleasantly surprised from the very first. The pizza chef was highly skilled and deserves recognition for her dedication, even during the busy service. Furthermore, the warm welcome was also noteworthy, highlighting their mastery at every level! Go for it, everyone!

21/10/2025: After an hour of waiting and two calls to the Domino's restaurant, a complete lack of professionalism was demonstrated. I spoke to a gentleman who clearly told me he couldn't know where my order was because he couldn't contact them, and that the delay was Uber's fault. After an interminable hour of waiting, the delivery man arrived as if nothing had happened. I asked him two simple questions: The first, who hired you, and the second, "Can Domino's contact you?" The answer was yes. I spent my evening calling every 20 minutes to make sure my order arrived cold. On top of being ungrateful and treating customers like idiots on the phone, they're incapable of handling a single order. This is the first and last time I'll order from this so-called company. If you continue to treat customers like idiots on the phone, you'll go far. It's a disgrace.

07/01/2026: The people who work there need to be fired because they can't do anything, especially that little girl who's like a talking mosquito; she thinks she owns the snack bar. I'm going back there next time.

28/03/2026: The main advantage of this hostel is clearly its price, which is very competitive compared to other establishments in the city. However, there are several drawbacks. The hostel is located quite far from the city center: it takes more than 35 minutes to get there. Furthermore, it's situated at the top of a hill, making access rather tiring. Public transportation is inconvenient, with only two buses per hour and no service after 8 p.m., which makes getting around very difficult. There are also no shops nearby; you have to walk about 35 minutes to find any. The layout is not ideal: to get from the room to the kitchen or reception, you have to go outside, which is inconvenient. In the room (for 4 people), there is a clear lack of electrical outlets: only two in total, and they are poorly placed. The shower didn't work in our room. Finally, the kitchen is very limited, and there isn't even a microwave. During our stay, another guest in the room behaved very disruptively during the night (talking to himself and making noise), which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I want to clarify that this wasn't directly the fault of the establishment, but it did impact our experience. I do not recommend this establishment.

22/03/2026: I'm disappointed with the hostels. You advertise prices "from €15," but in reality, on the website, it's often a minimum of €20. And when you call, you're quoted prices of €30 or €40, for several people to share a room. In the end, it's almost the same price as a hotel, with less comfort and privacy. So I get the impression you're playing with words with these advertised prices, which can be misleading for customers.

13/04/2026: Absolutely atrocious. The service was completely disorganized, orders weren't announced (no order table?), leaving the (already cold) meals inedible. I politely asked for hot fries, but I was met with a very unpleasant waitress. The state of the dining room was catastrophic; it was impossible to clear away the trash because the bins were overflowing. As a result, empty seats were left with trays from previous customers, preventing us from sitting down and eating comfortably. Shameful.

08/04/2026: Really awful, the table was disgusting (sorry, but there's no other word for it!). When you ask to go to the toilet, they don't give you a code! And it's unbearably hot in there! Honestly disappointed.
